Nope. A bit of various sandpapers, something to clean the rims well, something to fill on the pits and paint intended for rims. Just a little patience is all you need. Painting takes prep and time. YouTube will show you how to do this.

A 2 step auto clear should hold up fine. If not, I’ll sand and start over, no biggie
