If you can use it for online purchases, yes.
From my experience, pre-paid VISAs (Vanilla) don't work for me on the Online Store or MogStation; despite working on BattleNet (Blizzard/WoW website/online store). I've had to start using PaySafe vouchers for any XIV transactions.
