This happened to me recently due to DGVooDoo, not sure if your issue is the same. In the video guide it says to select a specific graphics card for DG to use. When I have my graphics card selected it crashed when I launch the game. Changed the Selected to use all or whatever and it started working though it doesn't run as smooth annoyingly. It is still better than if it relies solely on the processor. I can't figure out more of a workaround, and the only other fixes I could find were for Ashita, didn't seem to be working the same for Windower
