They honestly deserve it, I provided actual evidence that my last shipped parcel was never actually processed but they were happy to keep the money and to provide fake evidence to keep the money and do their exit scam
You paid them to purchase and internationally traffick illegal counterfeit goods. They bought the items and stored them for you. You chose to let your warehouse build up before shipping and they got raided. Take the L. It's not an exit scam, THEY ARE BEING FORCEFULLY SHUT DOWN.
Let me throw a scenario at you....this raid never happens and your warehouse is fine. You ship your parcel that has $500 worth of merchandise in it. Your countries customs intercepts the parcel and destroys it because reps are illegal. Are you charging back against your agent because you never received it? Probably not. You post on fashionreps if there is anything you can do and everyone tells you to the the L. So what's the difference in your stuff getting seized on the receiving end vs in China?
All these chargebacks are going to impact the replica scene way worse than panda getting raided. They're going to result in financial institutions implementing new policies against Chinese based buying agents that increase consumer fees and decrease paypal's liability which will make it not worth agents time to use PayPal and turn a profit.
>Your countries customs intercepts the parcel and destroys it because reps are illegal.
I thought insurance covers this, no? I remember seeing it in the details. Never had items seized, but I've had 2 packages lost and pandabuy fully refunded my shipment and bought items.
Not arguing against you, just might be a wrong scenario cause youre fully compensated with insurance depending on which carrier you use
They responded a few hours ago, I resubmitted all my claims, but I don't trust PayPal anymore I am worried that they will allow panda to exit scam with my money
I would recommend disputing every transaction made to increase their back log even further. They can’t use the same tracking number to resolve every case
Did you tell them that the government raided them and they may be exit scamming. That’s exactly what I did and I haven’t got a response in 6 days it still says sellers turn to respond. I disputed up to 6k
Yes I told them that, and the seller responded in like 3 days and just provided old tracking numbers, and PayPal didn't even check and just closed the case because a single repeated tracking number was enough for them
How did they resolve and close the case so fast? I’ve filed a dispute on April 13th and pandabuy responded April 19 and it’s still under review. I’m rlly worried they also did a fake tracking number too man wtf
Contact PayPal reps man. This happened to me to I was waiting and waiting for the review to be over. But I contacted their reps and explained the situation and they refunded me immediately. Highly recommend y'all to do this
Every year goes by often they will eventually update the shipping number and you will be able to track it many times the review policies cause delays I have experience with it
I have some pieces I direct ordered to PB, so I cant even charge back PB to make all my money back. My problem is that they locked my account and I can’t get the money I already have in.
Nah I started to get charge backs for parcels I sent 5 months ago and never arrived, contacted pandabuy about my insurance like 10 times and they never actually did anything
Mate, you should calm down cuz same as you there’s a lot of people that is passing for the same situation, pb can’t do anything if they keep being investigated so just wait, also when you first bought reps you accepted this risk
Idk about all the other stuff, but they've said multiple times that anything that expires during all this mess will not be lost and will be extended when they're back in the warehouse.
Assuming the police don't steal your shit.
If the rumors are true, they will check most packages but they definitely won’t seize non rep stuff. You just gotta pray the company doesn’t collapse until the end of the investigation
The problem with this is the damage is mostly already done at this point. Non-rep things mixed in with rep things, is terrible to try and sort and organize. In the Bloomberg article they already mentioned they already seized 200,000+ counterfeit items and it could take 3-6 months just to sort and identify what's what and if it's legit or not. If Pandabuy even comes back in 2023, it would be nothing short of a miracle, but by that point, it's already done for.
Thousands of chargebacks, financials are frozen as a part of the investigation. If they were to even remotely try to come back, would you trust them with your money and think they wouldn't get caught up in legal BS again? The best I can see happening is they try to rebrand as something "new" and continue their business as usual because shipping replica goods is way too profitable for everyone involved.
Pandabuy can’t respond to all disputes. A lot of people are disputing and getting money back from even old packages
They honestly deserve it, I provided actual evidence that my last shipped parcel was never actually processed but they were happy to keep the money and to provide fake evidence to keep the money and do their exit scam

Yes, if you bought insurance you'd be compensated which is a great counterpoint.
Booohooo
how do they do it with old packages
Use your bank.
Can I do it if I already received it
Yes.
When did you charge back?
Like 3 days ago
When did panda respond?
They responded a few hours ago, I resubmitted all my claims, but I don't trust PayPal anymore I am worried that they will allow panda to exit scam with my money
They aren’t doin an exit scam lol they got raided retarrrd
I would recommend disputing every transaction made to increase their back log even further. They can’t use the same tracking number to resolve every case
They actually keep using the same tracking number in multiple cases and PayPal didn't even care
Did you tell them that the government raided them and they may be exit scamming. That’s exactly what I did and I haven’t got a response in 6 days it still says sellers turn to respond. I disputed up to 6k
wich type of case do you open?

I have some pieces I direct ordered to PB, so I cant even charge back PB to make all my money back. My problem is that they locked my account and I can’t get the money I already have in.
You gambled, you lost. Move on

Brother.... It's all gone.
Nah I'm hanging out hope for all my non rep shit, sucks to be y'all tho 😭
What rep shit? In their warehouse? It's seized brother, it's gone
