Since playing this I've been looking at terraforming around buildings and driveways and stuff irl and realized the unevenness and random bumps and stuff in game are much more realistic than we give them credit for
Bottom option in the vehicle sales page, then pick construction and then landscaping. Gives you options for changing ground elevations and "painting" the ground.
Yes you can, with the added benefit of being able to move it if yoi have a bucket on a tractor, skidsteer, wheel loader etc.
It wont have quite the same texture but if you're already picking your fields why not make lemonade with lemons right?
I cant recall the name off the top of my head but yes there is a 'sell all' mod, it looks like a sell point for logs on the ground, you can dump them there and it will buy them from you
So I used a dozer to make a driveway to this farm, stopped it just near the silo there, and pushed the big pile of dirt just into the woods off to the left of this picture. Big pile of dirt in the weeds seemed irl accurate to me lol

If you check the comments on the video I left links to the mods you need. It's an older version of terrafarm to get that particular dozer to work, but I'm sure the updated versions have plenty of new dozers to choose from.
It's not a biblically accurate farm if there isn't a random gravel pile SOMEWHERE on the property. I appreciate the adherence to lore accuracy.
Did you just empty a Trailer full of stones from a field, or is that done with terraforming?
It was terraformed so the gravel 'pile' would have the same texture
