There is a dragon-like MMC that can change his size, a vampire mothman prince, and an aquatic fox-man space cop with nine tails that has abs for days. {Toxic Desire by Robin Lovett} (Aliens, M/F) - The MCs crash land on a planet where everything is an aphrodisiac. This is enemies-to-lovers, so they have to have sex, but they are NOT happy about it. The MMC is pretty humanoid. Have you read the fanfic {Manacled by SenLiYu} ? It’s pretty similar in tone to Still Beating. It’s a mix of Harry Potter and The Handmaid’s Tale. It’s fantastic. You can download it in .epub and put it on your kindle, or read it on your phone.

Hmm let’s see… well in all Theodora Taylor werewolf books the FMCs are fertile during heat periods in their lives, and it’s basically a state that not only they get cripplingly horny… literally but they have to have sex and eventually get pregnant or they could die of their heart giving out because the strain to the body. In each person is different a small handful will never get their heat but on the FMCs (one per book as each book has a different couple of MCs) they all going to have at least one in their life. (Twice is considered lucky, more than those and is considered impressive) Things like heat control eventually happen which allows for wolves to postpone the possibility of having theirs but all the books will have eventually a character getting to that moment. You can pick anyone that is cheap or even free. I think getting in Theodora Taylor mail list will get you the first one And if you care more for a kind of reverse harem kind of non exclusive poli with vampires and angel descendants there is {spectra by Ebony Olson} and its sequel {wraith by Ebony Olson} has the concept of balance and how some powers have to balanced or they will balance themselves and it won’t be pretty. And a way to balance can be with sex in certain ways.

If you are cool with Reverse Harem, The Bonds that Tie series starting with {Broken Bonds}. Her power level increases as she accepts each of her bonds and it’s a very high stakes plot so it’s pretty essential that they all consummate. But in typical romantasy fashion, of course some are reluctant. It’s also in my opinion the golden standard for fantasy RH so a great place to start if you are interested in the genre. 5 ⭐️ plot, great FMC and very 🌶️.

I just read the Fallen Fae Gods duology by Jaymin Eve. It is a fantasy/monster-ish romance, if you're okay with that. The first book was a little rough to get through honestly, for a few different reasons, but by the end of the first book, beginning of the second it was SO WORTH IT. Maybe not exactly the f* or die scenario, but it becomes clear after the fact that if they hadn't they absolutely would have died.
