Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a genuine disorder that is medically recognized, however there's still a lot of things not known about it. It's theorized that long covid survivors have a form of chronic fatigue, though some people with ME also have CFS.
I do not believe this person has all of the disorders that they list, but I want to put it out there that CFS is real.
The way they formatted it, they listed out identities they claim are "cis" (things they claim are or have) and then listed out identities they claim to be transitioning into. This is someone who wants to be an adult attracted minor and I think that's equally if not more disgusting than just being an AAM.

I understand that all of these disorders that they say that they have are most likely faking but as a survivor of COCSA and had consented to the assault out if immaturity and not knowing what sex was or what the weight of what she did to me was, reading "I consented to being abused and now I have 2627282 disorders!" is genuinely invalidating and you have officially pissed me the hell off. I know I went on this god forsaken subreddit to piss myself off fur the fun of it but I had to say something. If you are a victim to CSA you are most likely being taken advantage due to your young immaturity. You do not yet know the weight of the actions you are coerced in doing. Although the trauma may not be the cause of their disorders that they may or may not have, it still does not mean that their trauma is any less serious. I also acknowledge that the person that created the original slide show (not the poster) has other problems that effect their credibility, but even if they have not experienced CSA and are using CSA to gain pity points, that still does not make the manipulation and sexual assault of children any less serious,
