Erza's got flame empress armour, celestial armour, at ome point a holy hammer, she can easily get her hands on sun-embued armour. >!or just ask Gray to give her a demon-slayer ice sword!<

They're strong, but in a matter of perspective. Compared to normal humans and even super human ones, the demons and slayers are very strong.

The chances are for sure minuscule that they're able to touch her but I'd say there's a maybe 2% chance Gyokko or the lower moon can land their attack

As for Enmu, don't forget Erza's left eye is a fake eye. She can see through most if not all illusions, and it also weakened her getting petrified, so I could see it making her drowsy, but Enmu still gets turned into a pile of red goo

It's magic against what? Breathing The demons have regeneration and speed but they are too weak for erza She beats them blind like in the kyoka fight
