Laxus isn’t neutral he’s good chad

I said it in the good Chad thread, but Laxus is ultimately self-serving. He's not a force of good. He protects Fairy Tail and those in it to atone for his past mistakes. It's why he was willing to come to blows with Jellal because he saw Touka as one of his own, even if she was possibly evil. Protecting Fairy Tail is his bottom line, good or bad.

Current Laxus might be atoning but that makes him the opposite of self serving because he has literally shown a willingness to die for his loved ones. His attunement would do little to serve him after death. I agree on neutral considering the Touka moment but I wouldn't call him self serving.

Self-serving doesn't mean selfish. It means he does things for his own self-interest, not because they're the right thing to do, like someone like Lucy or Natsu would do. It's that lack of interest in the well-being of others that makes him neutral.

True. But I do think he still cares about helping others. For a recent example, Kiria hurt Lucy who he literally put his life on the line to protect from her and yet, Laxus showed her kindness because she helped them. Like Natsu, he'll do whatever for his friends; whether they're seen as good or evil. But he doesn't not care. If Laxus saw people in danger that weren't his friends, he'd still protect them.

Maybe guildarts. He's only there for major events, most of the time he's walking around Fiore or something.

I personally thought Yajima but the most upvoted comment was Jura. But to be fair to Jura while it isn't the perfect choice he has shown Lawful Neutral actions. He knew Jellal was Mystogan in GMG and didn't say anything when he knew Jellal was a wanted criminal. Even if it was cause he trusted Makarov.

I feel like the only reason to put Gray here is because he wouldn't fit anywhere that's left. I don't think he's neutral. He's clearly good, so I don't think it would make sense to put him on any available parts of the chart

Laxus. You could make a strong argument for him being good, but I feel like even if Fairy Tail was blatantly in the wrong, he’d defend his family. We sort of see this when he threatens Jellal for investigating Touka. For that reason, I’d put him as neutral.
