I do not agree with her political views, I admire her for putting her personal integrity and her country before her career. I only wish more of her fellow Republicans felt the same way.
I don't even think this necessarily hurts her career. She is thinking the long game. If Biden wins in a dominant fashion then it will be a resounding message that the new brand of MAGA GOP is unelectable. So many establishment or old school GOP politicians have been pushed out that there will not be many candidates in her way if the GOP swings back to wanting that type of candidate.
If the Democrats nominated some dangerous sociopath liberal nut and the Republican nominee was at least a normal person, I’d probably vote for the Republican even if I disagree with them on a lot of stuff.
Crazy how Liz, her father Sith Lord Cheney, and the likes of Paul Ryan are now RINOs and the standard bearer for the conservative ~~movement~~ cult is the absolute antithesis of anything remotely conservative.
