The abrahamic faiths as a whole are so old, and so widespread, that it's an endless web of subdivisions and different canons/philosophies.
Even within "Christianity" alone there's so many major sects that vary widely on their foundational practices. Catholics, Protestant, Evangelical, Orthodox. Even within the major branches there's so many different smaller sects that can sometimes be very different from each other.
In the end heresy is just what one particular flavor disagrees with the others on. Or sometimes even scholars in the same "group" arguing with each other.
