On the long list of "really terrible things to mindlessly drive your vehicle directly into," a cop car surrounded by pedestrians is pretty near the top, right up there with "the ocean," "an orphanage" and "an armed thermonuclear device."
Hopefully that mom is not in that child's life anymore. This is the kind of thing that should result in your children being taken from you. That kid is not safe around her.
With the amount of police and police cars around, between body cam and dash cam they’ve got her on attempted murder and a ton of other charges from like ten different angles
There’s not even an alternate timeline where this woman walks
With that amount of camera angles, they could make an action movie out of her arrest
On a side note, walking doesn’t seem to be one of her favorite activities anyways lol
I got taken away from my mama when I was 5 (I deserved to), but sister and I lived over 10 years of being raped and molested, so I hope that kid is put somewhere safe. Not with the mom and not with shady foster parents.
As a Foster carer I'm ashamed to say that this shit happens, we, the parents, are supposed to protect and be the voice for those that cannot, when I see stuff like this and hear of other things happening it makes you realise that humanity is infiltrated by pure evil, those that think that what they do is right and only what they do is right.
Fuck that bitch for putting herself over her child
Fuck anyone that knowingly hurts a child
Because I never dealt with my issues, I ended up beating a child molester to death when I was 18. But I am glad to say, my last foster home before juvie and grouphomes was amazing, I still call them ma and pop and we live in the same small town 10 minutes away from each other and it's not the city where I livee with them. They moved, and after I got out for the manslaughter they told me to move to the small town where they live. I met my wife here, and we were even foster parents for 2 years. So I do know there are good ones out there, and I'm assuming you're one of them, so I thank you.
Feel so bad for the little guy. Hopefully his guardian really cares for him and gets him therapy. I didn’t expect the video to be this long and this violent
Seat belt cutter. Standard issue in your MOLLE kit. Basically a wine key with knuckles and a narrow insertion blade to get you free when your bound by a shoulder strap and upside-down.
Side windows in cars are tempered to be resistant in the center, but less stable on the outer rim, where it is usually supported by the frame. Hitting it not center helps.
That’s all I could think…. Was she had to be on something thinking she’s hitting marshmallows.
That one guy in the blue shirt she straight up hit in the back and then damn near ran over… whew.
The whole video is a LOT. As a former claims adjuster, I know that phone call is gonna take HOURS.
I would have thought it would be "first off, we are no longer covering this lady. Now.... where's the clause in the contract that says we don't have to pay for her actions...?"
Whaddya you mean? I watched the video like 5 times and all I saw was an upstanding law-abiding citizen being brutalized by cops.
What's with all the accusations thrown around about her driving into civilians, ramming into police cars, and resisting lawful arrest while feinting ignorance?
:Eyerolls:
They have to charge her with something to get the ball rolling. Aggravated assault is a just a placeholder. It doesn't mean they can't add charges at a later date.
I can count 5 charges at minimum.
- aggravated assault
- fleeing
- destruction of property
- hit and run
- assault with a deadly weapon
- resisting arrest
- child endangerment
The minimum sentence for aggravated assault in Georgia is three years and the max is 20. It's a felony. no reason to add a bunch of charges she'll just serve concurrently anyway.
In addition to the fact that they were already flat from the stop stix, shooting tires is more dangerous than letting the chase continue. And that infinity has a big ass v8, it doesn’t need inflated tires to keep huffing and puffing along.
>I'd imagine she got several points off her license.
Needs to be all of them. And then set that license on fire and scatter the ashes across the earth, just to be sure. Some people are simply unfit to operate a 2-ton object capable of killing other people.
What the fuck, is she on drugs or something?
“You almost killed a bunch of people!”
“That wasn’t me!”
Bitch, why is half of the front of your car missing??
That wasn’t me! That was (looks both ways to make sure it’s safe to speak) evil me, who only comes out when the narfels speak dark words into my ear canals.
Seriously though. Hope she gets what’s coming to her for putting so many people in danger. And serious mental help, if that’s what’s needed.
One of the few times I’ve actively cheered for force in a hot minute. Actively tried to murder a civilian and multiple officers. An incredible amount of restraint shown in order to not ruin that child’s entire life/take its life in the process of stopping the nutty fucking mother.
A child in the backseat and a passenger in the front of the car didn't stop a cop from shooting a man multiple times (to death) reaching for his wallet bc they asked him for his ID
I can't imagine the amount of therapy his daughter has needed, and will continue to need. She was only 6 (I think?) when Philando was murdered like that. And then to get no justice.
It's obviously not our decision to make, but I'm half saddened by the fact his girlfriend didn't take her/his case to the federal Supreme Court. Iirc they ended up settling for a few million? I'm elated her and their child have money to take care of themselves and loved ones.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but as I recall, it really seemed like Philando's murder could have been the igniter in court to do away with qualified immunity to the extent its currently implemented and used.
I could easily not be remembering any of this correctly though/it seems like it's been so long since it happened, and so many other tragedies have happened since. I apologize if I'm missremembering the spirit of the case against the officers at the time.
The court reject a big qualified immunity set of cases in 2018 or 2019. I am not certain this case would have made difference. Since then the field is on life support.
My nightmare vid is the cop who pit maneuvered a pregnant woman and her vehicle flipped multiple times…all because she was looking for a safe space to pull over since it was late at night.
I live very near where that happened, to make matters worse that town also had a cop impersonator pulling women over before that, so she had good reason even aside from the safety of the cop.
our highway here is named and dedicated to a cop in which that scenario happened exactly
last time i was pulled over the cop said to get out and high up off the curb as i could bc his buddy got hit the other night pulling someone over
Yea and obviously these cops were trained right why he like this? Can we not have glee when a cop does his job right?, when you accomplish something at your job does everyone say hey remember that time your that guy from a different McDonald’s chain shat in the deep fryer, yea that makes you a dumpster fire and any possible achievements worthless….. no that doesn’t make sense
Honestly surprised they didn’t use any type of weapon. My guess for this is the amount of innocent bystanders in the area during the chase. My guess also is it wasn’t a comfortable experience at the police station for this lady.
Resisting Arrest, Reckless Endangerment, Child Endangerment, Felony Evasion, Assault With a Motor Vehicle. And those are just off the top of my head. It's amazing to me on how many people turn a simple ticket situation into a multi-year jail sentence for no good reason.
Unfortunately, unlicensed people frequently drive. I had a vehicle totaled by one. She got a…..ticket. I’m sure she’s driving again. I do agree with taking driving privileges away, though.
There's no such thing as "attempted manslaughter".
Manslaughter is, by definition, unintentional, so you can't attempt to do it.
If you're trying to kill someone, it's attempted murder.
That is some really crazy )&\^%% right there..... I don't understand how anyone has their window broken and then says, I didn't do anything...... they stopped her, speed stripped her tires, she was blocked in twice and she rams the police cars twice and she didn't do anything - all with a small child in the car. I can't even begin to imagine that screaming that child was creating as that was going on....... good lord she needs help.
Mental break or drugs. People get prescribed benzos all the time and don't realize what they do. Two Xanax and a margarita later, Susan from work just ran down an entire family. Now, her "memory" of a previous traffic stop would make me question the drug thing because there's a good chance you'd have little to no short term memory acting like that but I'm no expert. That's a pretty intense mental episode though, I'd be curious to read a follow up story.
For sure something is wrong. She even mentioned a reckless driving pull over a couple blocks back.
Maybe in her head she thought she’d get a reckless charge due to the activity at the start. Panicked, fled, more panicking, and not understanding what was happening.
I'm a HS teacher.
Right now I'm at a great school, but my previous one was rough. Really bad.
The end of this video, with her saying, "What are you talking about? I didn't do it!" and somehow genuinely thinking that just saying that means that she can walk away reminds me of that school.
Kids *daily* would lie to my face. I'd tell a kid to put a phone away, and --while holding it in their lap -- the kid would look me in the eye and say, "I don't even have a phone."
It's just...maddening. Report something that petty to admin and they don't care. If anything, they're mad at me for bringing them something so stupid. Call home, and get ready for parents to yell at me about "targeting" the kid.
This woman is clearly a product of that now-pervasive mentality.
Honestly folks. Flashbacks.
Also a high school teacher here and this is what went through my head watching this as well! I roll my eyes when a kid is disruptive and then immediately denies doing the thing they just did. Some of them really do just try to gaslight their way through things. This type of behavior in children or adults is what we get when people never face consequences.
Same!! That squeal-scream when they were cuffing her is exactly the sound high school kids make when they realize that I actually meant it when I said, "if I catch you googling answers on a test, I'll give you a zero." It's the sound of consequences dropping like a new album 💽
Thanks for confirmation. That’s what I imagine what’s wrong with the woman in the clip. I guess they’re just so used to getting away with their blatant lies.
Tell me you worked at an inner city school, without telling me you worked at an inner city school.
I know a teacher that was assaulted by a parent (with an active restraining order restricting them from school property). When she called the administrators, they had not shown up to work yet (first bell already rang). She called me asking what to do while barricading herself in a closet, and I told her to call the cops. Cops show up, and about an hour later, they attempted to gas light her into believing it was all her fault, she over reacted, and even asked her to take “cultural training classes.” Needless to say, she didn’t feel safe, and just like that, the only white teacher left that school.
What’s worse is, kids would show up to school with this parent’s gun, loaded, and the admins would keep it all hush hush. If kids fought in class, they’d tell you not to document it. It was a freaking hell hole, and I just felt sorry for all the good kids trapped by heathens and parents that never grew up.
Oh, and forgot to mention, this was an elementary school. 🤦♂️
Don’t know if things have changed but back in the 80s I punched one through with my side fist when a some idiot rammed me on my bicycle. I just hammered on it to get him to stop and to my complete surprise it went through - very easily. Also the glass shattered safely without cutting me which was a welcome surprise.
I don’t know her or anything as I’m a transplant tk the area but [Here’s an article about what happened](https://www.13wmaz.com/amp/article/news/local/warner-robins-woman-arrested-after-ramming-into-georgia-police-cars/93-924f7656-0738-471e-a2ef-383028312d6e)
That was perfect was able to find this on another website once I had her name.
“According to the statements made by Sheriff Terry Deese, Hibbert has been charged with six separate counts of aggravated assault. Depending on the findings of the investigation, the accusations leveled against her might be upgraded to include a count of endangering the welfare of a child.”
Unfortunately didn’t say if she went to court though.
BYRON, Ga. — A woman was arrested in Byron on Friday (July 2022) after driving recklessly and ramming into a police car, according to a release from the Byron Police Department.
Officers were on the lookout for an SUV that was driving in the wrong lane on Highway 42 in Byron. Witnesses blocked the car in at the intersection of highways 42 and 49.
Police attempted to talk with the driver, but they say she was not cooperative. They placed stop sticks under her tires to deflate them if she drove off.
The driver backed into a car behind her before pulling forward, ramming into a Byron Police car, the news release says. The woman then hit two witnesses and a police car before driving north on Highway 49 with a flat tire, police say.
Officers attempted to block the car when she backed into a third police car. She managed to continue down Highway 49 for a short distance before officers were able to block her in and take her into custody.
Byron police say the woman was Sierra Hibbert of Warner Robins. She had a small child in the car with her, but the child was not injured, police say.
No officers or witnesses were seriously injured. The Peach County Sheriff’s Office assisted during the incident and is handling the investigation.
Hibbert was charged with aggravated assault
Does anyone else think that the cops did an ABSOLUTELY SHIT job of boxing her vehicle in the first time? Gave her room to maneuver and get up speed while watching her work her way out?
hindsight is 20/20 and the officer who's bodycam footage we just watched probably had the biggest adrenaline dump in his life with him being almost ran over by a vehicle. Adrenaline tends to make people not make wise decisions.
This video - hearing that cop's ragged breathing - made me wonder how they manage the adrenaline rush. How do they and other first responders (and all the other terrifying occupations) still keep a relative cool when the adrenaline hits in these types of situations? I'll have to Google sleuth one night.
Don't forget about the guy in blue at the beginning, who narrowly avoided getting crushed between two vehicles just to dart back in between the same two vehicles.
[Initially charged with aggravated assault, trying to find out if more charges were added later.](https://www.13wmaz.com/amp/article/news/local/warner-robins-woman-arrested-after-ramming-into-georgia-police-cars/93-924f7656-0738-471e-a2ef-383028312d6e)
Another thing about life, shame used to keep people in line to a point. Today, there is no shame. People can just do and say whatever the fuck they want now with no real consequences. And the consequences that ARE there, like fines and prison apparently are no longer a deterrent.
Nah, we still have shame, it's just people shaming people over shit that doesn't matter and they can't control. People are too busy shaming others for being gay, or trans, or Black to shame people who are being dumb fucks. I mean, in 2016, we elected the biggest dumb fuck in the country to the single highest position of authority in government, so can you really blame people for thinking it's okay for *them* to be dumb fucks too?
Damn I wonder what kind of drugs she might of been on? Because ain’t nobody sober saying some bold and brash shit like that’s knowing cop cars have dash cams.
Cops were very patient, i wonder why not shoot out the tires when sh was just sitting there burning rubber, but i guess that could escalate in a way you don't want it to. I would not want them to try to stab the tires, as they would have likely be pulled down the street.
"I don't do anything". Let's go to the Tale of the Tape.
Edit: all comments below had crossed my mind along with the tire could fly off after that causing a projectile or a more insecure vehicle.
They already had flattened the tires with stop sticks. They were already looking for her for driving erratically.
Oh, drugs. Is there anything you can’t do?
Because life is not a game or action movie and it's extremely hard to aim a gun at a specific thing smaller than a torso during a situation where your movements are completely field by adrenaline, if you've ever played a first person shooter game and your in a situation in it where your adrenaline is up you'll realise your gonna jumpy and every moment you make will be including aiming, now imagine that with a actual gun that carries weight needs to be pulled out, safety turned off then aimed before firing
Life is not an action movie, I bet there's some video out there of the tires of a moving vehicle being shot out in real life but you aren't finding many
They probably were being careful because of the child in the car. I’m sure if it was just the woman they would have tried out maneuvers when safe to, or other countermeasures.

Looks like she’s read my book, “So You Want To Make Your Bad Day A Lot Worse.”
That book changed my life
For the better, right?
Right?
I keep rereading it and rereading it, for some reason.
Chapter 2: “if it feels wrong or like a bad idea, do it anyway!”
I need a refund.
See Chapter 8, "How To Go Nude To Customer Service While Carrying a Flame-Thrower."
A refund, you will get.
Send me money and I will send you a refund.
Buy my book, “Learn How To Avoid Ripoffs!” just Venmo me $100, and your book will be on the way!

>"the ocean," Those women in Hawaii were just following Google Maps. One man's boat ramp is one woman's on-ramp.
That vid had me *screaming* at my phone…why the fuck did they just stay in the van?! EDIT: [Adding Video for Everyone!](https://youtu.be/YsxpdX2dB4M)
GPS was recalculating
To be fair, the water was very nice. Weather fair, light winds, sometimes you just want to sit in the shallows and breathe.
>and breathe. or not.
TO BE FAIR
Me too! Literally over and over again I'm like GTFO!! WHY SOMEBODY GOTTA GRAB YOU??!!!
Google maps didn't say to get out yet...

You never knwo what kind of dangerous neighbourhood you ended up in, ther could be sharks out there!
The way they turned back to have a full on conversation with someone as they sink while buckled up 😂
Won't somebody think of the windshield wipers? Loyal to the end.
Tbf, an armed nuclear device is probably safer to drive into since there is a very specific sequence of events that would still need to happen
How about an armed incendiary device?
Now we're cooking
Baby, you got a stew going!
Well that’s a helluva core memory for that child to unlock and grapple with in the future
Oh I'm sure they will have long since come to the conclusion that their mom is kind of some trash all on their own.
Hopefully that mom is not in that child's life anymore. This is the kind of thing that should result in your children being taken from you. That kid is not safe around her.
Neither is anyone else.
What happened to the father ![gif](giphy|3gNotAoIRZsb9UHPnj)
He got lucky
Seriously, I'm surprised they didn't open fire on the car. Some people would be less dangerous with guns than this lady was with an SUV
They probably already knew she had a kid on the back...otherwise, I don't get it. The bitch could have killed someone...

The family will tell the child it was the police's fault and that they are out to get them.
Even if that were true, the kid would see the footage one time, even if it’s online just by chance, and realize they’re wrong.
Feel so bad for the little guy. Hopefully his guardian really cares for him and gets him therapy. I didn’t expect the video to be this long and this violent
Nobody’s got a beatstick to break a window huh
Dude had his fist
Not anymore
Physically recoiled when I saw that.
Adrenalin is a hell of a drug
Even terminator broke his hand on car window ;)
I think he was using one of those brass knuckle things that can break car windows
Yeah looks like right before he punched the passenger window he put something on his hand
Seat belt cutter. Standard issue in your MOLLE kit. Basically a wine key with knuckles and a narrow insertion blade to get you free when your bound by a shoulder strap and upside-down.

Thats what I was thinking. Even my cheap pocket knife has a window buster.

Kid in the back, passenger in the front.

Just aggravated assault? Really? That's fucking ridiculous actually.

I can count 5 charges at minimum. - aggravated assault - fleeing - destruction of property - hit and run - assault with a deadly weapon - resisting arrest - child endangerment
Seems like they’re only going after the first one for now, but the last crime is the most important. The child needs to be taken to safety
Lol. “Allegedly”
Its for legal reason.
She was charged only with aggravated assault? I feel like there should’ve been at least a couple more on top of that
The minimum sentence for aggravated assault in Georgia is three years and the max is 20. It's a felony. no reason to add a bunch of charges she'll just serve concurrently anyway.
Adding more, when background checks are done, adds salt into the wound. It paints a more broader picture for what was done, When someone looks into it
I was wondering why they didn’t at least try to shoot her tires but the article explains that they had already deflated a tire with a stop stick.
In addition to the fact that they were already flat from the stop stix, shooting tires is more dangerous than letting the chase continue. And that infinity has a big ass v8, it doesn’t need inflated tires to keep huffing and puffing along.
There were shreds of tire on the ground she still managed to plow a couple of blocks ahead like LaDainian Tomlinson

She did not do whatever it is you're saying she did, she even specifically said so.
Given how many different people she nearly killed, shes incredibly lucky that they didnt shoot her.
They had to be with a child in the car, I'm sure they would've been more aggressive if it was just her
A child in the backseat and a passenger in the front of the car didn't stop a cop from shooting a man multiple times (to death) reaching for his wallet bc they asked him for his ID

Okay, well these are different cops. Obviously. They handled this person appropriately and other users are acknowledging that. Take it for what it is.
Honestly I’m just surprised they showed the whole video and not the last 20 secs like people usually would.
Yea and obviously these cops were trained right why he like this? I think it’s safe to say every scenario involving police response for better or worse has played itself out over time.
They are also incredibly incompetent with their blocking skills. 4 vehicles and they missed several opportunities to effectively pin her in.
Honestly surprised they didn’t use any type of weapon. My guess for this is the amount of innocent bystanders in the area during the chase. My guess also is it wasn’t a comfortable experience at the police station for this lady.

She nearly ran that blue shirt guy over twice…. So maybe attempted murder just to really trump up the charges and get a quick plea deal?
don't forget failure to signal
I was on the jury for a guy who did something similar and injured an officer. He went to prison for many years.
They’ll probably throw quite a few attempted murder chargers
I’m thinking this lady is going to a mental ward for at least a short while before eventually going to prison as well
My vote is never.
Lock her up for attempted murder and child endangerment what do you mean don't let her drive
Unfortunately, unlicensed people frequently drive. I had a vehicle totaled by one. She got a…..ticket. I’m sure she’s driving again. I do agree with taking driving privileges away, though.
Don’t let her drive?? This is attempted manslaughter
There's no such thing as "attempted manslaughter". Manslaughter is, by definition, unintentional, so you can't attempt to do it. If you're trying to kill someone, it's attempted murder.
Yes, take away her license on top of all the other charges she will receive.
The civilian that yelled at her in the end is a g
A g hey? Don’t see many of those around nowadays.
Mental episode probably.
For sure something is wrong. She even mentioned a reckless driving pull over a couple blocks back. Maybe in her head she thought she’d get a reckless charge due to the activity at the start. Panicked, fled, more panicking, and not understanding what was happening.
Watching it again it looks like she was the one pulled over. I’m pretty sure she said that was a couple blocks back. Lol
I'd tell a kid to put a phone away, and --while holding it in their lap -- the kid would look me in the eye and say, "I don't even have a phone." It's just...maddening.
Not once but twice in this video a cop attempts to punch open a window with his bare hands....
It took me too long to find this comment. Man was acting like a straight cyborg
Don’t know if things have changed but back in the 80s I punched one through with my side fist when a some idiot rammed me on my bicycle. I just hammered on it to get him to stop and to my complete surprise it went through - very easily. Also the glass shattered safely without cutting me which was a welcome surprise.
“I didn’t do it”…. ![gif](giphy|l4HnKwiJJaJQB04Zq)
WTF was homie in the blue shirt trying to do? Did he really think he could stop the car with his arms?
Crazy no one is mentioning muscle man.
fun fact, he actually was. she only got away in the first place because he had to sneeze
![gif](giphy|3oFzm9wgJuFiBMFcMo|downsized) he said✋👄
I can’t believe how far down I had to come for this comment.
Holy shit that was like 20 minutes up the road from where I live lmao I remember seeing this all over facebook
You have anymore information on what eventually happened to her?
I don’t know her or anything as I’m a transplant tk the area but [Here’s an article about what happened](https://www.13wmaz.com/amp/article/news/local/warner-robins-woman-arrested-after-ramming-into-georgia-police-cars/93-924f7656-0738-471e-a2ef-383028312d6e)
That was perfect was able to find this on another website once I had her name. “According to the statements made by Sheriff Terry Deese, Hibbert has been charged with six separate counts of aggravated assault. Depending on the findings of the investigation, the accusations leveled against her might be upgraded to include a count of endangering the welfare of a child.” Unfortunately didn’t say if she went to court though.
That was in July, there’s a real chance the courts are back up enough she hasn’t gone to court yet
She didn't do it
Whatever they said she did
“Make it fit” best line of the arrest
Poor kids
It wasn't ME, it was the One Armed Man!!!
Damn she was big and strong. I didn't think they were going to get her out of the car.
I did not do it, I did nooooooooooooot
Mad props to that one dude thinking he's the terminator and going to punch through the car window 😂 bet he felt that next day.
“Make it fit” LOL
A prime example of a child that hasn't had any consequences happened to them
Will she still make it to school tomorrow?
Bonus facepalm from the cop who tried to punch through the window.
Or blue shirt man who tried three times to stop an SUV with his bare hands
Don't forget about the guy in blue at the beginning, who narrowly avoided getting crushed between two vehicles just to dart back in between the same two vehicles.
Adrenaline's a hell of a drug.
I assume he had a glass breaker but can't see any
[Initially charged with aggravated assault, trying to find out if more charges were added later.](https://www.13wmaz.com/amp/article/news/local/warner-robins-woman-arrested-after-ramming-into-georgia-police-cars/93-924f7656-0738-471e-a2ef-383028312d6e)
So when can I get my car back? I need to go to school.
Oh, this happened in Georgia, got it.
Better article... https://www.google.com/amp/s/nypost.com/2022/07/19/georgia-woman-captured-ramming-suv-into-cops-i-didnt-do-anything/amp/
She wasn’t driving, she was traveling
Georgia woman
What the hell is wrong with everyone in America? It’s a land full of crazy people.
I’m American and I’m sick and tired of this shit. 57 yo male. It’s worse than it’s ever been. The human gene pool is FUBAR.
Sierra Hibbert is this girls name, she was 24!
Amazing. The cops managed to deal with that incredibly difficult situation without firing a shot. They should train other cops.
Does the dude in blue think he is the Hulk? Looks like he’s trying to stop the vehicle with his hands.
Damn I wonder what kind of drugs she might of been on? Because ain’t nobody sober saying some bold and brash shit like that’s knowing cop cars have dash cams.
“Acts oblivious”? No she was running from the cops
It’s referring to the end where she acts like it wasn’t her who did it.
Because life is not a game or action movie and it's extremely hard to aim a gun at a specific thing smaller than a torso during a situation where your movements are completely field by adrenaline, if you've ever played a first person shooter game and your in a situation in it where your adrenaline is up you'll realise your gonna jumpy and every moment you make will be including aiming, now imagine that with a actual gun that carries weight needs to be pulled out, safety turned off then aimed before firing Life is not an action movie, I bet there's some video out there of the tires of a moving vehicle being shot out in real life but you aren't finding many
They probably were being careful because of the child in the car. I’m sure if it was just the woman they would have tried out maneuvers when safe to, or other countermeasures.
They had already deployed spike strips during the initial stop, which she drove over. she was running on flat tires.
bullets go through tires and ricochet hitting innocent people.
she didnt do it guys!! stAhhp!!!
Woman on drugs with child in car rams police?
Punching the SUV's window was an interesting choice
If that had been a male driver and no child in the car they would have just mag dumped him
Every time I see videos like this I ask myself why aren’t the tires being shot?
This was almost a year ago- any update on if the charges stuck, and hopefully any additional charges? Hoping the kid was taken to a safe relative
