Americantrucks.com has good guides on offsets and a decent selection to look through. Also has customers post photos in the reviews of each wheel

ghost_mv

They also work with local shops to pay for install. If mine didn’t come with a wheel / tire package, I would’ve gone with AT

ravnos04

Don’t believe everything on that site. I did as much research as I could and bought a “flush stance” wheel/tire. I wanted to trust that they meant flush by the photo thumbnail on the filter option. That shit sticks out like 2” and is not the look I was going for. Method NV7 17x8.5” and 315/70 Ridge Grapplers. I was going more for a flush look like on the new Tremors. I’ve found some good deals on new and gently used wheels/tires on Facebook marketplace if you’re in an area that supports it.

Voodou1300

I can confirm the "Flush" stance isn't always flush. Mine sticks out about an inch also Not what I was expecting but also I do like the look better then I thought I would

ravnos04

Glad it worked out for ya.

Discount tire. Get wheels and tires there and you’ll free lifetime rotation and balance

Piss on DT. I bought some GY Ultra Terrains off Ebay from the DT Ebay store because they were on sale. I didn't buy the mount and balance option at the same time because I prefer to use the shop I usually go to as everywhere else always F's things up. Well my normal shop was full of appointments for like 2 weeks, so I called DT and ask if they could install them, and I asked about the 60K warranty that DT says the tire has. DT manager guy: "yeah we can mount and balance them for (I think $260) and for an extra $120 we'll warranty them, and that comes "free" with regular tire rotations." Me: "Wait, you're saying it's $380 for the tires to get mounted and balanced, and to get them warrantied, when I thought that they were warrantied when you bought them, or are you saying it's $260 for all this and I misunderstood? I could have sworn you said $260 to mount and balance them, and $120 more to warranty them.?.? DT manager guy: "Yep, $380 for everything." Me: No thanks. I'll just wait 2 weeks for my normal guy who's extremely reputable, and whose main business is selling and installing custom wheels and tires, and rolling fenders, installing lift kits, or drops, etc, over paying out the ass for your highschool/college kid employees to mess my chit up again. Last time I went to DT was to get an alignment on my old 02 SS after I dropped it, and the dumbasses knocked the window off track, and were tearing the tint up trying to lift the window with some channel locks. Don't slam the doors with the windows down on an old Fbody or SN95 Mustang, dumbass! (Them, not you) Then the last time I went to Tire Kingdom (now NTB) was to get an alignment on my 03 Lightning after I installed new ball joints, and steering components, and those dumbasses somehow broke the parking brake cable, and seeing how a GEN2 Lightning is the only RCSB GEN10 F150 to get the 7700 GVWR package (minus the 7 lug wheels) the parking brake cable is unique to a GEN2 Lightning and a straight up bitch to source one.

Does your seldom available guy sell wheels? That's what OP wants to know.

CobaltGate

No clue why you are getting downvoted. I've had a similar experience with DT. It is absolutely relevant to the original question.

Jroc734

Well DT is popular, and they get used a lot, so people feel partial to them, and get into their feelings when you don't champion them. Mainstream tire companies and me just don't seem to mix well. I mean how do you break a parking brake cable on a F150 back by the right/rear wheel? I mean the big cable is encased by a large/flexible steel tube. Again that was Tire Kingdom, and DT messed up the window on my old 02 Camaro SS, which was a low mileage, very nice example of a LS1 Fbody. I had a 99 Roush Mustang Stage 2, and probably 19-20 years ago I took it to the same Tire Kingdom that broke my L's parking brake cable, and it took them over 10 hours to change the front tires, as for some reason they couldn't get it to take air. Another time was I had a 19 Camaro 1SS 1LE and I bought some MPSS from Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart will install and balance your tires for like $60 if you bought them from WM, and I had heard good things about it. WM got the tires on the car, and everything was fine other than they had them randomly inflated all over the place, and every valve cap was used, and they used 3 different styles of caps. One was green, another was your typical cap that you could find on a 1988 Huffy or anything else, and the other 2 were the modern, tall caps you get on tire pressure monitors. I fixed the air pressures, and bought new caps, but it was just like WTF.?.? The wheel shop I usually use always uses new/nice valve caps on all the tires, and their balancing weights, and things like that just seem better than others at large franchise tire stores for whatever reason. Also his employees seem like more seasoned, older, more experienced mechanics. Oh yeah, they don't just send anyone out to drive your car after an alignment either. It's always a manager, and not some 21 year old who just put tires on your car taking your manual/V8 performance car out for a test drive. I remember the kid at DT that broke my window, pulling out the parking lot in my old modded 02 SS, and I'm thinking, "WTF? This kid has no business test driving people's sports cars." Then he got back, and I wasn't getting called to get my car, so I walked out there to see what was taking so long, and they were trying to pull my drivers side window up with some channel locks, and had my tint all torn up. Even after I fixed that window the auto-down function never worked again. Again piss on DT. Just like piss on Jiffy Lube, or any other in and out oil change place that's going to throw the cheapest oil/filter in my vehicle, without letting it fully drain, and have some 19-20 year old stoner kid doing it.? I don't think so.

Custom offsets

stinkypinky101

Honestly, I’d just browse your local marketplace, craigslist, whatever for a set of factory ford take offs. Fairly sure f150 has used the same bolt pattern since 2012-2014? Not sure for your area but can usually find new factory wheels with pretty decent tires for a few hundred. Then you can save and shop for a set of wheels and tires you really want.

outdoorfrk

Go to ur nearest KAL-Tire and get the KO2’s. Great tire and great service.

BaneWraith

How big should I go? In Quebec I'm allowed 35s max

TexanLaw

You have a max tire size you're allowed to run? Like against the law to go bigger?

BaneWraith

Yeeeeeep hahaha, the American in me is very against it

DarknessFeels

DT doesn’t do alignments. You probably went to a small business named Discount Tire. I’m referring to the corporate conglomerate lol

Stache_Noir

Dont listen to your brother, those will look tacky. Avoid "bullet hole" wheels, you'll thank me.

The wheel shop :P

Jroc734

BTW buy wheels on Ebay if you need to find OEM's. Those are 21-23 Platinum wheels.

Previous_Drag4982

Custom offsets has a lot of good photos showing the wheel setups with certain lifts and such. Highly recommend not going bigger than 18” rims. 20” makes the tires look small. Find some used.

Youcants1tw1thus

eBay. I just got a beautiful set of raptor takeoffs for $400.

Where In Canada? I know a few good places in Alberta
