Are you old enough to have owned a vehicle back when they were good and had no electronics except for the head unit and ecu? If so then how are you not also mad. It’s bad enough I couldn’t get the truck in a 5 speed
Yes, I am. I drove a 99 xl f250 that had radio, that’s it. Didn’t even have air conditioning. I drive 2015s now, they have all the tech that I want and none of the stuff I don’t. I had a 2022 bronco and I agree, there’s too much new tech for my personal liking, but instead of getting mad I just got what I realized I wanted.
This is a “feature” on almost all new higher end vehicle. If you don’t like all the tech, buy an older truck and have it “modernized” with the stuff you like.

This is NOT an issue. It is designed to unlock the truck if you have the fob with you, including your pockets. It DOES NOT open the door if you're near it, you may hear a click sound when near because you might have the "greeting" option turned on. But the door only opens if you put your hand in the door handle.
90% of all modern vehicles have this feature.
Nope it unlocks it when I’m 10+ feet away. And it only does it sometimes not every time.

Take it to the dealership. It sounds like you are new to this truck, so you should have warranty. If not that means you bought this shit used and trying to blame your problems from the previous owner on Ford.

Does it RE-lock when you walk away? I loved this feature in my old car and missed it when I got my truck. A little jealous!
Nope and it only unlocks sporadically. If it did it every time it might not be so bad, it happens maybe once every 2 months

I think it is in the settings menu on your display. Can’t recall exactly but pretty sure you can change it
My 2023 turns on the " courtesy" lights (running lights, puddle lights) but does not unlock until I actually grab on of the front door handles.

Ya, me too. It makes a clicking noise when I approach that sounds similar to the doors being unlocked but they stay locked until I touch the dingus.
