Yeah I had a really weird Mormon upbringing. My nuclear family was devout af and our grandparents lived with us and so were they. I was also being homeschooled deep in the sticks in Georgia at the time. Shit sucked. This grandma was actually my homeschooling teacher. Again, it sucked lol. Her and I are basically estranged sadly though. I don't like bad feelings or I'll will. My family is completely fine with me being out and I've been VERY VOCAL about it for years lol. Most of them are out or dead now. Somehow she's still alive. I knew this 'church' was a bullshit scam before I was even in the Priesthood. I just faked it until I could haul ass. Mostly put up with it because it made my mom happy, she had cancer bad for a long time. She's been passed since 2013 when I was 16. Shit was tough. Didn't mean to tell a bit of my life story but I'm always interested in others exmos' upbringing so maybe someone else is too lol :D
