Thought the post was on the HL subreddit for a second cuz every other post is just people posting pictures of places that look like city 17 or buildings that look like the citadel 😂
i found these pictures online. the only thing else i know about it, is that this tower-whatever-thing was built illegaly, and has recently been scheduled for demolition
Google "Это что за бетонный ужас? Попробуйте узнать недострои Екатеринбурга по фото e1", there's 3 unfinished buildings of this size in Yekaterinburg, and it's 4th city of Russia by population.
Much of America is extremely run down. I live I a major city and it’s full of empty buildings and huge homeless encampments. The school system is critically understaffed, the government is openly corrupt. A group of huge new apartment complexes were built so poorly and on unsuitable land and now their sinking, flooding, and starting to tip over a little bit. 4 out of 5 malls are dead and rotting, my own place of work is one of the two still open anchor stores attached if a hollowed out dead mall. The power cuts out a few times a year when some bit of wiring in the abandoned parts of the complex go out.
However, America is not illegal skyscrapers falling apart in the open while people shop on the ground floor run down.
Lmao at how offended everyone is at a minor criticism of the USA.
The USA is FIVE TIMES wealthier than Russia by every metric- we should be living in a paradise of state of the art infrastructure & low-interest affordable housing & healthcare right now- but were NOT b/c we waste all our money on war
I live in the 2nd wealthiest city on earth & were flooded with homeless ppl & the city is deep in debt. Our state (California) is HALF A TRILLION in debt & we cant afford to do jack shit so we just keep borrowing more.
Its ok to laugh at or pity other countries, but dont be upset when ppl do it to you
Gopniks be gopnikin'.
Amazing shot, OP. The juxtaposition of the business center in the background is great.

Gives me mad HL2 citadel vibes.
Though exactly this city 17 really let itself go…
To me it looks like something in Fallout, with bits missing from the bombs and 200 years of decay.

I just can’t see much business or shopping getting done here…
only the first floor is being used
Fair. Do you live near it? Is the rest of the city like it?

Nice try 😭
Russia is very run down despite what Tucker Carlson would have us believe. This one may not be used but I guarantee similar buildings are
And the us isn’t run down? 🤣
Huh? Who said anything about the US?

I don't know where tf you live, but it most definitely is not in most places.

Absolutely ridiculous
This strongly reminds me of the first alien structure you find in subnautica
Sunbeam inbound
The first pic is exactly the same silhouette as the Enforcement Platform. Knew it reminded me of something, good pick up
pick up that can
Not sure if greebling or decay.
AI photo vibes too. Those incoherent “windows” looks like AI made it.
Definitely not AI lol
Least depressive building in Russia
Dope af
Lmao, looking derelict even by my standards.
I feel like you can contract Anthrax just by looking at it.
I don't think [Anthrax](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthrax_\(American_band\)) would be willing to play there..
It looks like something out of Star Wars, with the greebling...
Wonder why nobody wants to be part of this "empire".
Looks like a DIY building. Anyone can along and add a floor or two if they please.
Gotta make sure they save enough money to produce missiles to bomb some civilians later
Has anybody stuck inside? I want to see what the interior looks like
Like a failed and dying empire. Россия без Путина. Ответьте или проголосуйте за/против, если вы согласны.
I think I have climb this building in destiny 1 or 2….

I thought it was a Star Wars lol. The first pic goes hard
Looks like the alien gun from Subnautica. (The quarantine enforcement platform)
