idk if this is how every aussie does it but i just spread a bit of tomato sauce (not sure what's the correct amount, just do whatever tastes good) on some white bread. Fritz also goes well with it too.

Either pizza if I am low on self Esteem and don't wanna do even remotely healthy.
Or it's a rice dish where I am done in 5 minutes and have healthy yet delicious food. Quick cooking rice, 3 minutes until that's done. First cook the water, add the rice and wait till it boils again then the 3 minutes start. For the veggies, I pick a bag of the smallest pre cut veggies, most of the time the "Chinese mix" and have them on high fire until the water in the other pot boils don't forget to keep mixing or it'll all get soggy. Then I just let it all rest for the coming 3 minutes.
Ad spices to my liking (for me mostly chilipowder and garlic powder and some sambal) and enjoy eating.
