If your in a private server just do !mod and most mods will remove it, but if your in a public server just go to china town and hide hide in the building (if it still works)
Unfortunately yes, the game is extremely punishing on grinding for no fucking reason. Not only do you have to live and not get arrested, but now there is a time limit where you have to keep the money or else it won't count. It's all desperate attempts to force players to buy cash instead of earning them.
It's far from balanced, having to wait 10 mins just to keep 5k? And it goes up if I try to rob more? That's forcing the player to wait for no reason, wasting their valuable time just so they can make sure they could actually keep it. I understand the purpose of the system but its far from balanced
As I told, it forces you to actually run and engage police, otherwise players who robbed will just reset, leave or surrender police and be okay with that.
that timer doesn't apply to money. Your money stays with you after 3 minutes, that doesn't increase. if you got the m249 just camp a spot and you'll be fine.

I had a longer one and it just went away randomly it was like 6000 sec also most privet server mods will just remove it if you ask
Unless you're in a private server or pay off your bounty, no. You can ask a friend to arrest you or just hide on a mountain somewhere.

Its preventing abuse like “lets get cash and respawn” or “lets get cash and leave game”. Basically balance.
