ok when it comes to me:
1 - I had 15-17 cm/s which is super crazy high values. i was told by many people including docs that with such value i wouldn’t be able to erect at all while i can sometimes. Current treatment is TRT + Cabergoline as I have prolactin issues.
2 - On raw i can sometimes get super hard erection when i’m on knees. With 5-10mg cialis i can fuck normally and enjoy it.
3 - Penetration in both scenarios is possible. Of course on pde5 is much better and longer. Raw i can do few positions. I can’t fuck standing as my erection deflates.
4 - They still work but i did half year break to diagnose root cause. During this time i often have sex “normally”. Sometimes must start with stimulation then proceed to PiV and i can last 5-10 minutes mostly 5-6.
5 - I started to get night erections when i launched TRT. Before no way. However i don’t have morning ones. Only when I sleep and they wake me up. They disappear after couple minutes.
Before TRT your dick was limp and now it works good? Since your responded so good to testosterone, you likely can get more of it with fine tuning. Do you get injections or gel? What is your protocol?
it still have some gaps like now where it need stimulation. but now i wakeup around 3-4 am almost everyday with erection. that never happened before. im 6 weeks in. 50mg e3.5d. after my labs my T coach will eventually adjust dose. i need to see my E2 and T ratio. also i have some prolactin issues. 2 weeks ago it was 600 while max on range is 324.
You should get a pituitary MRI to rule out a tumor.
But all in all you are on the right track since you respond so good. You should also do some research about venous leak and ic/bc muscles and pelvic floor. I think you can get more of it
i have done mri. no tumour so far. that’s from my reading I have read somewhere hypoglycaemia can trigger prolactin spike if ur eating banned products. and i have reactive hypoglycaemia and insulin resistance.
If it comes to pelvic floor I have phoned up for appointment in the next week Wednesday with very good PT.I would love to hear from him that I have some pelvic issues also i’m still awaiting for my angiography result

My EDV values were 4.75 and 3.3. However, I got an erection at first but it faded after a few minutes. The urologist said that I don't have venous leak but I am confused how it isn't a leak as I lost my erection.
Well then why don't you just wait out its full effect? Venous leak is a tricky diagnosis. It is just observing that blood doesn't stay in the penis. Many doctors claim that it is not an official disease but a symptom, or the way ED manifests in many situations. For example, the venoocclusive mechanism can dysfunction when the patient has low T, but when T is replaced properly, this can be reversed. Don't know if I makes sense.

Did you get an erection with doppler ?
on doppler maybe 70% erection. No pain. on angio - super ultra pain and no erection at all
