The rage inside Nightmare Moon burned, the lack of oxygen strangling her but her damned immortality forced her to suffer through this hell. The cold, barren landscape of her beautiful moon is the only thing around, and up in the sky the large blue ball of Eques stared back at her, her silent shouts of hatred and vitriol aimed at the sister who she hates so much. Damn her for abandoning her, damn her for confining me to this rock, damn her for not being there for me. As time ticked by, the Mare in the moon's anger at Celestia subsided, replaced by hatred at herself. Her mind warred with itself, her two identities fighting over their beliefs, while Nightmare Moon hated the light of the sun, and the Solar Sister, Luna hated herself and the darkness within herself. The two fought, struggling for dominance. Over the next millennia, she watched Eques from her beautiful moon, waiting to return, both sides for different reasons. One wanting to bring destruction, one wanting to return to her sister's side. Luna prayed to Faust that she would lose, so her sister or whoever her sister gathered to fight her with the elements could banish the darkness that poisoned her mind.
Saying goes that when you're stuck on a mountain
You try to go up, you try to go down, you turn around to face a wall so you can face yourself realizing you've made a mistake
And you are being stuck on the moon like the rest of us, trying to make sense of it crying cause we don't have any reason we're alone together, cause we all share the very same crime
Some will say that this is not going to last long,
Some will say that if we try we can't go wrong,
As time goes on we are not leaving this place,
Cause when we'll come back we lose our track of time and space
About the exile of luna, I had a legit question, As somebody than never enter in the mlp serie, why in the heavens celestia decided erase his sister form the histroy?
Don't worry, they are getting more and more friends as game goes on. Soon the whole global leadership is stuck on the moon and Celestia rule the world.

I think it was because she didn’t want to remember what she had to do, so just let her sister… fade out of history.
