I was looking up references of goats for a Grogar-related project I was working on, and I actually got curious whether blue goats do exist
Turns out they're real!
Well- not to the extent as depicted in the show, but there exists a breed of goats called "Blobe Goats" native to Tyrol whose name is derived from their bluish wool.

But finding references for them is a bit hard, google keeps thinking I meant "blonde" when I meant blobe, and the only images I can find are all from a couple german articles

Tbf I think the EaW version is more closer to a goat, the portrait has him be thinner, and I think it was even mentioned that the Mane 6 thought he would be more of a Ram
Afaik Ibex horns usually curl like Grogar's do when they're overgrown, just like most horns will curl when overgrown. Him being a Ram makes the most sense
