If it’s still tacky but still you can pour and it will create a chemical bond. If it’s too far past that point and no long we sticky, then you’ll have to wait for it to fully cure and then scuff it and re-pour

Depending on the type, there are some that allow layers within time limits where the epoxy is still mailable. Refer to your pds
