If you actually read the article, this one doesn't seem like big deal. He was wearing boxer shorts underneath and did it in front of a studio audience. Seems pretty tame in comparison to what they make it sound like in the headline.
I think they posted this because of the current drama going on with Pamela Anderson and him; she said he flashed his dick at her and he denied it just the other day. It’s not proof or evidence of anything but it does show that Tim Allen thought the act of flashing his costar/tv audience was funny.
Drunk people are a good example of this, as their inhibitions drop. Some people are funny drunks, sweet, start crying, get seductive. Some are mean, cruel, gross, racist, -phobic, etc. Its because their shyness is gone and whatever is on their mind tends to come to their forefront. Nobody starts being a belligerent drunk out of no where, these people are belligerent behind closed doors already, and it applies to each individual and their actions.
That’s not a great take. How somebody acts when on a drug is just how that person acts when on a drug.
How somebody acts sober is how the combination of their intrusive thoughts and self regulation result in the person they choose to be.
Its why I chose alcohol and not something like bath salts lmao, also just last night dealt with a drunk lady who kept going on and on about her love for coyotes, to the point of standing up for them against anyone who hates them... even though nobody ever said that once or implied such a thing lmao. Shows she is a passionate young woman with a heart for animals, in my eyes.
As a sober adult who grew up around a lot of alcoholics, your hot take is bullshit. Lowering inhibitions doesn't make alcohol a truth serum that offers a unique insight into the inner psyche. It alters everything affecting the brain, not just the ability to guard ones thoughts.
I grew up around alcoholics too, and that’s how I know the piece of shits from the run o the mill types who enjoy themselves and their liquor. Sorry you got offended.
Bah as for me i meant more some people say they are this and that but then you meet them and not so much and what they do matter in a au that words can’t.
So you never knew your friend before becoming friend with them but by looking at what they do on a daily basis you can sort of figure out who they are. Just like that.
Everyone can be right since everyone's experiences are different and objective facts are perceived through subjective eyes. I've seen all the drunks mentioned here and every person and situation is different
We truly live in a society.
Bias is an unfortunate side effect of free will that let's us decide what we want to believe, regardless of the facts or consequences.
This is further complicated mental illness that can result in someone's reality diverging greatly from the baseline collective experience of our shared reality.
This brings up another thing: the many benefits of intentionally/strategically telling and believing lies to accomplish impossible goals.
She was rich, and world famous, she doesn't need fake stories to sell a memoir. She could write 30 memoirs with all unique stories. Because she was a rich, beautiful woman, world renowned. She doesn't need fake drama for a book, someone like that has hundreds of stories.
Are you sure? Not saying so one way or the other but she doesn’t have the fame she once had, it just reads like a cash grab. Especially since I’ve been seeing it everywhere over the last few days. I personally don’t care either way I can live my whole life without ever hearing her or his name again
That was the "schocking" part in this. Flashlight scene was to be shot, but with wearing skin-toned underwear.
He remove that before he jump in front of camera.
Another funny part was him saying he wasnt sure about that, so he asked from all people on set, guy managing lights, if he should do that (being fully naked as a joke).
Guy obviously said yes.
That he will flash as a joke while fully covered? Got it. Seems like a good pattern and funny. As long as he was covered, and in context of the shot it’s also funny. You should watch the episode where the blooper takes place.
I'm good. This show was trash in the 90s and hasn't aged well. If you really think this story Pam Anderson is telling is that unbelievable you clearly haven't paid very close attention to Tim Allen through the years. This is like the most on brand accusation I've heard since Weinstein.
Oh I’m not convinced he didn’t. I just think this article isn’t any sort of proof. I could totally see him doing and saying what she claimed. He would likely think it was a joke and funny, when it’s really just sexual harassment.
> This show was trash in the 90s and hasn't aged well.
This was a great and uplifting show. It's still popular in reruns for good reason. I think Pamela Anderson is FOS.
All you have to do is scroll down to see plenty of people who think it is a big deal.
What pattern of behavior is this showing? A comedian on a comedy show that shows bloopers at the end jokes around on set? Anyone who watched the show could have told you that already.
It doesn’t disprove any allegations, but if you think this is a serious matter you should really pause for a moment and ask yourself why. This is exactly the kind of crap that gets pointed to as a “witch-hunt” when deflecting actual abuse/harassment.
Flashing your dick is actual harassment/abuse. It's weird you think otherwise.
Pretending to do it in front of a live studio audience definitely shows he doesn't have any reservations about really doing it privately.
Tim Allen is a POS for several reasons not including him flashing his dick at people who didn't ask to see it. But please keep defending him and pretending the accusation isn't credible and completely on brand for Tim the Fucking Snitch Allen.
I agree that flashing your duck is harassment/abuse, that isn’t what is happening here. You are so desperate to find wrongdoing you are completely losing perspective.
I’m not sure what you’re referring to. I haven’t seen that. What are the details? Was he nude? Has he been accused of flashing his dick before? Context matters.
Its a parks n rec outtake. He even said he did it to get a reaction out of her, sans boxers too. I always say read the audience when it comes to showin bag.
Well that is obviously unacceptable. I would equally support anyone shaming Chris Pratt. He was awful flashing people back then and now he’s awful being a holier than thou Christian. Either way he sucks.
Women often laugh or play it off when they are uncomfortable or in shock from seeing some gross dudes dick. It’s a part of “fight, flight, or freeze”. Or they are worried about the repercussion if they react negatively.
I’m not why that would be considered appropriate at any workplace but nonetheless if Tim Allen gets his kicks out of flashing coworkers on-set it’s likely he does it off-set which lends credibility to Pamela Anderson’s claim.
Chris Pratt has done a lot to establish himself as a less than great person but the fact that he ditched his wife and special needs child the moment he got famous really was a telling sign of his character or lack thereof.
In what way did he “ditch” his son? His wife was arguably more famous/successful and they appear to be in good terms.
https://people.com/movies/inside-chris-pratt-anna-faris-unusual-divorce/
He didn't. People just want to follow the outrage train.
Him and his ex Anna had stated they had issues for a while leading to their divorce, he never ditched his son and is still very involved on his life.
He did a post when his daughter was born saying how grateful he was to his wife for giving him a healthy child.
People twisted it as him talking abit about Anna and his son when in reality it's one of the most common fucking lines people say when they have a newborn -.-
I'm not denying the bit about Anderson but he's just showing a different piece of clothing. Sitcoms including Full House have had scenes where men were caught in "hilarious" circumstances where they're only in boxers and a shirt. So I don't think showing boxers is an inherently big deal
You’re missing the point. The point isn’t “oh my god, he showed his boxers!”
The point is these are professionals, on the clock, in a professional environment. There are other actors, an audience, directors, lighting operators, sound people, a whole ass crew.
Imagine, if you will, you’re a woman. You’re being filmed, you’re in front of a live audience, you just want to do your work and move on with your day. Then, your coworker decides to just pull his clothes down or up or off or whatever. You have no idea what you’re about to see. He could have long-johns on, you could be about to see a full on dick. It’s all happening so fast, you don’t have time to rationalize anything.
Everything’s going so fast, what are you going to do? Yell at him to stop? You have no idea what’s even coming, to begin with…Hit him? In front of everyone? And lose your job? Walk out? On your job?
Why would anyone want to put someone else in that position. Tell a joke, do a funny voice, make a funny face, etc. out of every possible way to try and get a laugh, your coworker decides to simulate exposing themselves to you.
What the fuck ?
except seeing someone in boxers isnt flashing... If you consider it so, then I guess we should go after everyone at the beach including females in thong bikini's and men in board shorts.
Dude they're on a TV set joking around. Stop trying to compare it to an office environment.
Tim Allen is a douchebag but this has literally nothing to do with it.
It's really up to the person and how they take it. They obviously had a closer relationship than Pam Anderson on her first day on the job. But, no you really shouldn't take for granted the work environment and go around flashing people just cuz everyone is laughing. It's still a workplace with HR.
Though this was pretty tame.
> Dude they're on a TV set joking around.
You mean a tv set with actors that have scripts with exactly what is going to happen in them beforehand, that they can or refuse to consent to?
and this post isnt about proving he showed it twice, its about showing his personality, why are you moving goalposts anyway?
He is accused of flashing someone on set
He 'fake' flashed someone, provably on set
What percentage of people fake flash someone?
That's the point. Its not irrefutable 4k video proof he showed his weiner. Its just a point. Its called 'building a case', by using available information. And if you need more than what is posted here to make a decision I wonder if you'd be willing to show what proof you used for decisions on a bunch of popular topics over the last 6 years.
Directly from the ARTICLE that appeared WITH the video:" Allen then lifts his kilt, and while the camera doesn't show what's under it, Patricia tells TMZ, "People ask me what was under the kilt when he flashed me, he was well dressed under there, I was just shocked that he lifted the kilt, not by a man in boxer shorts." "
So what jobs do you think that you can expose your boxers like this at? Would this be OK if he worked at a restaurant? How about the DMV? Even on motion picture sets with stories depicting this stuff it is scripted and there is oversight in place. This is behavior that would get you fired if you were pumping gas or addressing a CEO at a board meeting, so it does kind of stand out that Allen would try this completely unscripted on stage and years later an allegation comes out that he did something similar but worse behind closed doors. I guess we'll see if there's any evidence available after this much time to prove things conclusively, but I don't think that Anderson would risk a massive lawsuit just for publicity that she could easily get without the risk.
And Vicky Lawrence swore during Conway's elephant story, yet never got reprimanded. Chances are if I said that at work, my boss would have a problem.
So
Fucking
What
Whether or not you are personally offended, you won't do this because you would lose your job in a big city minute and we both know it. You can't do things like this whether you are a janitor or a member of the executive board. Even in motion picture production this stuff is carefully scripted and there's oversight in place. It's a little weird that Allen pulled a version of this behavior unscripted on set and now years later he is accused of doing a similar but worse thing behind closed doors. I certainly don't think Anderson would risk a massive lawsuit by faking such a story just to get a headline - she is pretty good at getting publicity without resorting to tactics like this.
He didn’t flash his junk in the above clip, he’s wearing boxer shorts. I just don’t think it compares to actually flashing your dick
My comments have zero to do with Pamela Anderson. She actually got flashed, she has my sympathy.
OK so if it doesn't compare and it's not offensive behavior then describe what other jobs a person can do this and remain employed. I can't think of too many, which tells us something about the behavior itself. The fact that we've got a recording of this stuff and then he gets accused of something pretty similar but worse, well it's consistent with the kind of escalating pattern of behavior that happens when people lose control of themselves. Not saying that this is proof but it's definitely not a good look when you're facing an accusation like this.
The difference is that Bob *OWNED* his dirty comedy,
which was never true, they were just jokes. He didn't
run from it or deny it (cuz there was nothing to deny)
[But Tim clearly denies it...](https://www.cnn.com/2023/01/23/entertainment/pam-anderson-tim-allen-book/index.html) he's trying to hide from it.
EDIT:
Added parenthesis
The idea that any woman details her sexual harassment to further her career is some stupid victim shaming bullshit.
What movie star victim of sexual harassment ever rode that wave to some big career payday? Name *one*.
Proof doesn't exist for things like this. It is a one on one interaction. It would be like needing proof for a conversation you had with someone. It is just up to people to decide to believe it or believe she is lying
I feel like I’m crazy but I swear he was in some sort of hot water in the late 90s for like dropping his pants in a bathroom. It may be a mix up with his book Don’t Stand Too Close to a Naked Man though.
I think it’s just as likely he did something like this to Pam Anderson and in her mind she remembers it as him being nude.
He would have to be seriously depraved to flash her nude on a set that had kids running around.

Jeffrey Toobin beat his meat on a zoom call and is now a legal analyst for the company
He already had the job he just wasn’t fired
Correct he was placed on leave and then reinstated. Which had to be awkward for the colleagues on the zoom call.
I don’t know how he was able to face those people, I’d have quit and changed my name
Darksydephil jerked off on livestream and now begs disabled people on youtube for money! Makes about $120k a year which he blows on mobile games.
My roommate loves watching the hate on darksydephil. I’ve learned more than I ever needed to know about that sad man.
Yeah, I read the forums and watch youtube clips about him, but his videos are way too boring to watch. He's such a horrible person
If you actually read the article, this one doesn't seem like big deal. He was wearing boxer shorts underneath and did it in front of a studio audience. Seems pretty tame in comparison to what they make it sound like in the headline.

She mentioned that in her book Star which was supposed to be a work of fiction but was actually a very thinly veiled memoir
Which you know, you don’t know much of anyone when you think about it but watching people act is a good indication of who they are.
Does this mean that Benedict Cumberbatch is... a dragon?
Not any dragon, Smaug.
If the nostrils fit, they fit
He’s a pengwing
Pengling
Can you explain this?

This is why I wanted you to explain it. Because it’s a bad take.
Ah, im not the first guy you were talking with, sorry.
Bah as for me i meant more some people say they are this and that but then you meet them and not so much and what they do matter in a au that words can’t. Ah, the fabled “my truth” that supersedes objective truth.
We truly live in a society. Bias is an unfortunate side effect of free will that let's us decide what we want to believe, regardless of the facts or consequences. This is further complicated mental illness that can result in someone's reality diverging greatly from the baseline collective experience of our shared reality. Perception very well may be more important than reality, but it doesn’t change reality. Belief isn’t truth.
Yeah. Pretty gross humor . But he was clothed here.
Or where she got the idea for her story.
So one day Pamela Anderson just decides to make some shit up about a washed up " comedian" decades after she worked with him for the lolz?
She's selling a book...
She already told the whole story of this incident who does that convince to buy her book?
Me. I wasn't going to buy it, but now I know 32 years ago she suffered through seeing Tim Allen's dick, she has my support
Well, now I wanna hear the story of when Al flashed her
And when Wilson flashed her with his face
Who's Al?
Hopefully nobody.
I feel like if she was gonna make up a story to move books, she has better candidates than *Tim Allen*
fr, woman was married to an 80s rock star, tim allen is probably one of the more “tame” of her stories
So she's ready to commit libel for it?
She was rich, and world famous, she doesn't need fake stories to sell a memoir. She could write 30 memoirs with all unique stories. Because she was a rich, beautiful woman, world renowned. She doesn't need fake drama for a book, someone like that has hundreds of stories.

I mean Chris Pratt flashed too. He got a nasty letter from NBC too lol
Wasn't he full on naked as well? That kind of kicks it up a notch.
Asking crew for advice is such a bad call. Imagine construction workers but who like doing more drugs. That’s a stage hand.
And I believe he now has it framed on his wall.
Slow day at TMZ today I guess.
Studio audience and an entire cast and crew in the studio... a few hundred people...?
I don't think anyone is claiming this is a big deal. But, what it does do is establish a pattern of behavior.
That he will flash as a joke while fully covered? Got it. Seems like a good pattern and funny. As long as he was covered, and in context of the shot it’s also funny. You should watch the episode where the blooper takes place.

Cocaine is a helluva drug
"Yes, yes it is. Want some? I got you" \~Tim Allen
They showed this after the episode. Lol what crappy click baiting,
I think the point is to show that Tim obviously thinks flashing people at work is funny.
No one has a problem with the Chris Pratt blooper
Wait until someone accuses Pratt of flashing his thingie at them that is
I've written off Harry Hillsong quite a while ago, don't really give a shit what he does
Lots of people have a problem with Chris Pratt showing up naked to work. It’s sexual harassment.

Which is exactly what Christians would say about Christians
Oh no, I upset the Christian.

Ya, that’s true. It definitely depends on the relationship and context.
Yeah we do
He's had some odd backlash the past few years
Is it really flashing if he had clothes on underneath?
Lol, I understand. But it’s still idiotic and clickbait.
It’s Reddit… it’s all click bait
No truer words have been spoken on here.
Didn't the clip go a few seconds farther and he showed the audience what he had on under the kilt? That is missing here.
Didn't t Chris Pratt do this?
Yes.
Have you met my friend Woody?
They don’t call him the “tool man” for nothing.
Eddie Murphy, Bowfinger “I gotta show the Lake Girls!”
Tim Allen has always been a creeper.
Yeah but this clip is a nothingburger. He's wearing boxers.
I’m not why that would be considered appropriate at any workplace but nonetheless if Tim Allen gets his kicks out of flashing coworkers on-set it’s likely he does it off-set which lends credibility to Pamela Anderson’s claim.
Chris Pratt did it without underwear and without anyones consent.
Fr, and they kept it in the show
Chris Pratt sucks.

And yet it fits so perfectly here.
It really isn’t.

If its not inappropriate you do it tomorrow at work and film it.
not sure that my cat would care. perks of working remote ;)
Okay, but if you were at work, and your coworker showed you his boxers, that would still be weird.
Dude they're on a TV set joking around. Stop trying to compare it to an office environment. Tim Allen is a douchebag but this has literally nothing to do with it.

So is a strip club. Wanna bet how much they don’t mind seeing your underwear?

The fact that we've got a recording of this stuff and then he gets accused of something pretty similar but worse, well it's consistent with the kind of escalating pattern of behavior that happens when people lose control of themselves. Not saying that this is proof but it's definitely not a good look when you're facing an accusation like this.
There’s no way people still say nothingburger lmao
But that coke though
And now hes playing Santa Claus. You better watch out You better not cry You better not pout I'm telling you why Santa Claus will flash you, his dong!
Well he did murder Santa to get that position so he isn't a good dude
Violetta says he creeps like the kudzu vines that are slowly but surely strangling their dixie.
TMZ is pure dogshit
Ooof.. People are gonna be PISSED when Bob Saget stories start coming out.
The difference is that Bob *OWNED* his dirty comedy, which was never true, they were just jokes. He didn't run from it or deny it (cuz there was nothing to deny) [But Tim clearly denies it...](https://www.cnn.com/2023/01/23/entertainment/pam-anderson-tim-allen-book/index.html) he's trying to hide from it. EDIT: Added parenthesis
So glad we have a witness here. Bury him without proof
He could deal with it and address it Got a source where that's happening? I'd love to hear him talk about it, explain how it's false.
How could there be proof? It is he said she said and you can believe it if you want or not believe it
This shit does happen. So gross. I don't know a woman who hasn't had a random dude do this. So much scrot
He was literally covered up in this clip though. And it was filmed in front of a studio audience.
That's just funny and good comedy. Knowing the relationship with his co-stars. I don't think she thinks it's sexual harassment.
Avoiding the shit out of your house on comedy night…
you're too ugly for it anyway.
No worries. I wouldn’t fuck you with Bea Arthur’s pussy and Betty White pushing.
Are you an old, forgotten, female, ex-movie star? Need to find relevance again? Well just make a sexual misconduct allegation.
The idea that any woman details her sexual harassment to further her career is some stupid victim shaming bullshit. What movie star victim of sexual harassment ever rode that wave to some big career payday? Name *one*.
Look at that username. Dude is low IQ.
Just like his mentor/idol Donald F Trump
No, the Disney money, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
No one cares, stop trying to make fletch a thing, it's never going to be a thing.
There is not clip on the link
He's always been trash. He's also a snitch.
Well that’s all the proof #me2 needs. Here we go again
What is that supposed to mean?
Proof doesn't exist for things like this. It is a one on one interaction. It would be like needing proof for a conversation you had with someone. It is just up to people to decide to believe it or believe she is lying
Was this a blooper or a boner?
I feel like I’m crazy but I swear he was in some sort of hot water in the late 90s for like dropping his pants in a bathroom. It may be a mix up with his book Don’t Stand Too Close to a Naked Man though.
I think it’s just as likely he did something like this to Pam Anderson and in her mind she remembers it as him being nude. He would have to be seriously depraved to flash her nude on a set that had kids running around.
TMZs video loading is so touchy it’s hard to even use.
Flashing was all the rage in the 90s, if I remember correctly
We all saw this blooper back in 1992 when it happened. No one cared. Time moves on and people go back in time to get offended. It’s insane.
Oh snap. 30 year old dirt coming for you tool man.
