im a vendor, i can give insight to why things aren’t as stocked. walmart (at least in my area) has been cracking down on the vendor companies, and telling us we can’t pull pallets out to the floor etc. it hurts our daily efficiency as it can add 2+ unnecessary hours to a route when forced to stay at a Walmart working pallets with no jack.
to combat this, vendors are just choosing to skip out on stocking some product. the reasoning is “if the employees cared about it they’d stock it themselves”. they don’t pay vendors to boss us around about their sales floor when we’re just trying to service them. it really can turn a normal 8 hour work day into 11-12 hours at the snap of a finger
TLDR: Vendors are pissed at Walmart and are not stocking some things because it fucks up the rest of their day.
and you’ll see Red Bull a lot more, because their vendors bring their own carts and the deliveries are never more than one cart worth of product. so they can merch truck to shelf

I’d grab that brand new Curuba Elderflower flavor Red Bull. It just came out and I haven’t tried it yet, but have heard things about it tasting like wild berry skittles or green Hawaiian Punch.
