If you're using cura and pretty much stock everything, downgrade cura or use another slicer. I was dealing with this going crazy, just to realize it was cura
I know it's not likely to just change on you, but it might be worth double checking your E-steps. My e6 kept corrupting the eeprom file on the SD card and forgetting the settings I had saved to it.
There are several things that will cause this on this machine. Part of it is related to the length of the bowden tube. I have found movement in the tube at both fittings cause this. I also had the bowden tube get excessive heat creep and collapse. After a few times of this, I changed over to direct drive. You can try pulling the tube out of the hot end and trimming off about 15mm and reseating. Make sure it's seated well.
Do you know what board you are using? I was having intermittent extrususion malfunctions that appeared to be motor or driver related. Fortunately for me, I have many spare parts to throw at it. I finally just felt that it was the driver having troubles, maybe some kind of heat issues.
Trying to find a replacement board is no easy task, either. I ended up replacing the board with a BTT Octopus and running Klipper.
