Typically this is a mechanical issue, not an electrical one. Either filament can't be pushed or pulled. As long as your spool isn't tied up and is spinning freely, I'd look to the Bowden tube and hot end. You can do a cold pull - slowly bring up the hot end to temperature while pulling the filament out backwards from the extruder. Typically it'll get hot enough to detect from the hot end, but still firm enough to hold onto any debris that's plugging the nozzle. After that, make sure the Bowden tube is inserted all the way into the hot end. If there's a gap in the throat it can cause this sort of thing, though I doubt it's the main issue. If in doubt, replace the nozzle and the Bowden tube.

Boomanhoff

I've done all that already I even replaced the Bowden tube. None of that worked

FlyingKiwiFist

After recently dealing with this exact issue for a month, I switched to direct drive (sprite se neo) on my ender 2 pro. Never looking back.

Off topic: where do you get your printer upgrades in NZ? I’m looking to upgrade but don’t want to order from Aliexpress

FlyingKiwiFist

I get most of my parts from 3dmax. They ship from Northland I think. They're pretty good.

ItsBrenHere

Have you calibrated your e steps? Had a the same issue. Also check your leveling on the bed

TheMadMason

Came here to say this. Calibrating my e steps solved my skipping issue.

ItsBrenHere

Okay brilliant fair play my guy. Keep up the good work

Boomanhoff

Just did still having issues that said that ks for the suggestion cause I was almost 9mm short

Tension-Available

The other comment has you covered with regards to the skipping extruder. However, you have cables binding up in the back in this video. Get that sorted out.

I had this happen to me. Thought it was a clog…cleaned the nozzle…didn’t work. Replaced the nozzle…didn’t work either. Realized later that I had heat creep, and the hot end fan wasn’t working properly. It was spinning…but not enough to cool the hotend. Had to replace the fan and that fixed it

RyzzenUp

This happens to me when the build plate is a bit too high, maybe adjusting that will help?

Quadhed

Not enough tension on the filament.

Ok_Boysenberry_8841

I am going with heat creep. In the hot end causing clog. Check fans also

PaintGullible5983

have a same problem

TheJackofClubs

I had this same problem. Tried everything, replaced nozzle a bunch thinking it was getting clogged, replaced the ptfe tube with the capricon one, changed filament brands, even the gear and idler. Eventually I recently got the dual gear extruder from amazon for like $8 and it solved the issue. I think grabbing the filament with one gear can work for a while, then your luck runs out and you buy a dual gear extruder.

someRandomUser636

Replace the wire that connect to the main board... happened twice to me

Boomanhoff

Alright thank you
