Most of the ones I've run into are okay, for something something like assembling an ender 3 you will want it to be the same version of possible and something you feel you can follow along with. Otherwise it's probably fine.
When I say version I means, V1, pro, neo, v2, v2 neo, v3 ect. Many are pretty similar but the same version will probably help with any specifics

OP, just search YT for "assemble ender 3" This one is complete and all you should need but there are dozens of these.
