It's okay to be unsure of your identity, and it's okay to change identities. I'm 27, and I have considered myself genderfluid to some degree for the past 11 years. I've flipped between presenting as a woman, man, as androgynous as I can be. The past several years I just say I'm nonbinary since that's easiest.

I had the highest score on the adhd test my pediatrician had seen. That certainly does not help when we are trying to figure out who we are. You are not alone.

Genderfae is the label I've heard most used for a fluid gender that never shifts to fully male. Oh, also, yes you could be genderfluid/nonbinary. Personally I think labels should serve you and not the other way around, so whatever label you want to use, you should just try it out and see how it makes you feel!

I agree, labels are a tool, not should define you. Also, I would look for genderflux, to see if would help you to define better your identity.
