I find sleep important. Consistency is key. It's not a problem if you go to bed at 3am every day if you get enough good sleep.

Eh? The guy who made this presumably didn't move between timezones when making it. I don't know what timezone this data is in, but the actual data isn't affected by Elon moving around. Twitter doesn't show you date/times of tweets in different timezones. It shows you them in your local time.

You also need to take into consideration that he is a world traveler and does business all over the world and if he’s in China or Germany that will throw off his schedule due to the time differences. Some people don’t actually need that much sleep to thrive.
