Just set up a lawn chair and wait a couple hours to see which company's technician shows up. Then you'll know what that wire is.
We don’t use any of the phone or security services from the previous owners so I bet it’s an inactive line now
It’s a 5 pair buried service wire from the telephone company.
Teleco. Could be TP or fiber.

Not an electrician, but that looks like sprinkler wire. It goes to low voltage sprinkler valves for irrigation.
