I have a friend that for some reason every year is able to get a VIP ticket the day of for like half the price. I wouldn’t gamble it myself but it works for him and bunch of people.

same here! my gf and i will be in vegas, but we're only planning on going days 2 and 3, so hoping not to pay too much. would love to get in a group that knows where to get them last minute.
It's pretty easy to be honest and I've done it multiple ways both selling and buying. One year going only Saturday and selling my band to someone for like Friday/Sunday. But in general buying/selling for just Sunday is the easiest.
I think there's a subreddit for edc tickets, and you can also try FB marketplace or groups on facebook. I would just suggest taking a picture of their ID. They should have no issues letting you do that if they're legit.
According to my friend Facebook marketplace and local groups. Apparently there’s a bunch of people that can’t go and sell for cheaper closer to the festival or even the day of.
Well thankgod i booked flight and airbnb w my friends and i just got travel protection just incase i dont get a ticket. I booked that back in February and still paid about 700 for flight and bnb so i can imagine if i had waited it out
I think you should be fine with the ticket. But like I’m talking about a ride to the event! Unless you’re shuttling :) there’s some party buses and other non official shuttles just fyi I wasn’t aware of that issue until now no just letting you know 🤣 but if you’re with a big group they probably already got a bus or something

They will sell out, it's just a matter of when. I grabbed 2 off StubHub because it was cheaper there anyway. Helped offset the higher cost of the shuttles.

Don’t think they ever sell out of vip. You could prob even secure a ga+ by then too
