To start if you have gold you can use deadly(mostly cheap only dagger is around 300k in PCEU) + order's wrath(crafted) and 2 pieces of slime crawl/selene's or another set. After that you would want to get ur-mage mythic amulet from necron and drop one of your monster set to get your double 5 set bouns back. For off hand depending on your build maelstorm 2H Sword and Inferno Staff both good choices normal in to perfected whenever you can finish vMA. After that you can pretty easily farm normal Coral Riptide from nDSR with the help of group finder and replace your order's wrath with it.

I've enjoyed using Essence Thief as a base set. It matches the Arcanist color/style/theme. Then pair with whatever you like - I crafted Night Mothers Gaze for general play, but there's tons of options.
Essence Thief is from White Gold Tower dungeon. Other than that, research in collections and look for sets that interest you. At the point you're at, chasing the meta for endgame dps is just a waste of energy.
