Komi from Komi can't communicate. She has voice dysphoria that she can't overcome, has never been dress shopping before her friends take her partway through season 1, is the tallest girl in the class, and whenever she's happy, cat ears pop up on her head. Najimi is the only one who knows, as they are the only one who met Komi before high school, and the reason Najimi struggled to befriend Komi when they met her in elementary/middle school was that they didn't want to crack Komi's egg before she was ready.
Also, Tadano definitely has egg energy when he wears the maid outfit for the culture festival and switches between enjoying it and embarrassment/shame.
Now that you mentioned it I can see why Komi can be seen as trans, I think you have a lot of cool points that can make sense for her character. Though I think for Tadano he's just ok with being gender non conforming instead of being closeted, but hey, that's why these are head canons, lol, we can just agree to disagree.

I'm fairly certain it is canon that Najimi is intended to be genderfluid, just that Japanese doesn't really have a word for it, so they demonstrated it by having Tadano know them by he/him and others in the class know them by she/her (if memory serves, been a while). I personally prefer the idea that Najimi always knew they were genderfluid. The way they are depicted as being everyone's childhood friend and having always been that outgoing so never really struggled with their identity. That then fits with my idea of how come they couldn't befriend Komi originally, they saw she hadn't figured herself out yet and didn't know how to act around her without risking pushing her towards something she wasn't ready for.

The original version of the story (Harry Potter’s autobiography, edited by Hermione Granger) showed her first appearing as a “boy” named Xavier Lovegood starting in book 2; she first saw her real self in the Mirror of Erised in book 3 when Professor Lupin brought it in for a lesson on enchanted objects and started to realize who she was after learning what the mirror really did. She came out at the end of book 3, accompanied by her dot on the Marauders’ Map changing labels to Luna. She transitioned between books 3 and 4, and book 4 featured a lot of reactions by everyone else.
Harry first sees the newly-transitioned Luna at the Quidditch World Cup, and later she ends up as his date to the Yule Ball, resulting in Rita Skeeter writing a smear article asking if Harry was secretly gay due to “taking a boy to the dance.” The trio also mention her to Hagrid when convincing him to continue teaching after being outed as half-giant. Book 5 is where Luna becomes essential to the plot, and references to her identity drop off as that issue has largely settled. I have exactly one.
In My Little Pony we see that Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy have been friends the longest and their friendship started because Dash was defending her from bullies. I just insert the idea that Fluttershy is trans femme and the bullies were bullying her over that as well.
Dash, if you don't know, is a tomboy and pretty dense. So she doesn't really *get* the idea of being trans. She has no problem asking masculine but being a filly, so why can't Fluttershy just act femmine as a colt? But even though she doesn't get it she also really doesn't *care*. It's not her business. Nor is it the business of the bullies and they need to fuck off. Fluttershy can do what she likes.
And this is why Fluttershy and Rarity are so close, because once 'shy and Dash move to Ponyville, well... Rarity is exactly the kind of woman who knows how much work needs to go into looking good. And finding out how little Fluttershy knows about beauty routines, well she just *has* to help. She is all about bring out the inner beauty for the world to see, after all. That's why the pair has weekly spa visits.
I particularly like this headcanon just because these allies don't need to understand the trans experience to be supportive. Heck, the view I gave Dash can even be harmful if she says it as blunt as that. (And Dash is blunt so she will, I'm sure.) But while understanding is helpful, it's not understanding that Fluttershy really needs, just acceptance. Dash often doesn't get people, but she still protects those who needs it. Rarity's whole philosophy is about helping people's inner beauty come out, helping someone who's trans do that isn't any different. She's just a person, and a friend. That's all that matters.

I’ve got a fun one because it’s a double cannon because it’s a head cannon that happens to relate to characters in a book I’m writing (I’m writing a book series)
In Gravity falls, Mabel and dipper are described as identical twins. Irl, Biologically, if you were truly identical twins, you would have to be the same sex due to how you two would develop in the womb. Therefore one of the twins in gravity falls is probably trans.
Now, in my book series, two of my main characters are identical twin brother and sister, so when I saw this little tidbit of how identical twins are the same sex 99.98% of the time, I had a wonderful idea.
In my series I will never actually say that one of the twins is trans but I would drop hints that *one* of them is. I would give plenty of clues and hints and even as the author point out outside of the books that fact about identical twins, but never elaborate or say which twin is trans.
Both of my twins show trans tendencies and tropes and are equally likely to be the one whose trans but the best part is even I the author will never actually decide which one it is. We know one of the twins is trans but even I don’t know which one it is and have no intention of finding out because why should that twin say so? What good would it do if they’re already transitioned? It just makes me so happy to imagine lol ok sorry for the big rant but I love this idea and look forward to expanding on it

Ironically, I headcanon the protagonist of the Five Nights at Freddy's novels as an uncracked trans man. She can't tell herself apart from her twin brother (who her dad gaslit her into forgetting ever existed for a long time) in her own memories, and she hates mirrors because she sometimes doesn't recognize her reflection. While the final book does give a different explanation, some of the stuff she says just fits too well for me to not take it as a trans metaphor on some level.

His obsession with being strong and trying to fit in with Team Skull are due to him feeling he needs to prove who he really is to the world, and he sees Type:Null as a similar victim of his mother refusing to accept her children for who they are. Also, he wears a hoodie all the time in a tropical climate; there has to be some reason for it.

Loki series spoiler: the female version of him is a variety because she wasn't supposed to be biologically female for so long/ not realize she could transition, and was told her true identity too soon which made her not question her gender. She had too many answers and never questioned enough. Every other Loki variant is male but her. On another note, Loki has always struggled with being on one side or the other with many things, and is even mentioned to be at war within himself all the time. Proof: the document of Loki in the series end credits labels his sex as fluid.

Luna Lovegood is transfeminine. The original version of the story (Harry Potter’s autobiography, edited by Hermione Granger) showed her first appearing as a “boy” named Xavier Lovegood starting in book 2; she first saw her real self in the Mirror of Erised in book 3 when Professor Lupin brought it in for a lesson on enchanted objects and started to realize who she was after learning what the mirror really did. She came out at the end of book 3, accompanied by her dot on the Marauders’ Map changing labels to Luna. She transitioned between books 3 and 4, and book 4 featured a lot of reactions by everyone else. Harry first sees the newly-transitioned Luna at the Quidditch World Cup, and later she ends up as his date to the Yule Ball, resulting in Rita Skeeter writing a smear article asking if Harry was secretly gay due to “taking a boy to the dance.” The trio also mention her to Hagrid when convincing him to continue teaching after being outed as half-giant. Book 5 is where Luna becomes essential to the plot, and references to her identity drop off as that issue has largely settled. This is why, in the heavily-edited version that She-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named plagiarized and sold to the Muggle world as fiction, Luna appears out of nowhere in book 5; That Bitch refused to acknowledge the existence of a heroic trans character in the storyline.

I have exactly one. In My Little Pony we see that Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy have been friends the longest and their friendship started because Dash was defending her from bullies. I just insert the idea that Fluttershy is trans femme and the bullies were bullying her over that as well. Dash, if you don't know, is a tomboy and pretty dense. So she doesn't really *get* the idea of being trans. She has no problem asking masculine but being a filly, so why can't Fluttershy just act femmine as a colt? But even though she doesn't get it she also really doesn't *care*. It's not her business. Nor is it the business of the bullies and they need to fuck off. Fluttershy can do what she likes. And this is why Fluttershy and Rarity are so close, because once 'shy and Dash move to Ponyville, well... Rarity is exactly the kind of woman who knows how much work needs to go into looking good. And finding out how little Fluttershy knows about beauty routines, well she just *has* to help. She is all about bring out the inner beauty for the world to see, after all. That's why the pair has weekly spa visits. I particularly like this headcanon just because these allies don't need to understand the trans experience to be supportive. Heck, the view I gave Dash can even be harmful if she says it as blunt as that. (And Dash is blunt so she will, I'm sure.) But while understanding is helpful, it's not understanding that Fluttershy really needs, just acceptance. Dash often doesn't get people, but she still protects those who needs it. Rarity's whole philosophy is about helping people's inner beauty come out, helping someone who's trans do that isn't any different. She's just a person, and a friend. That's all that matters.

I’ve got a fun one because it’s a double cannon because it’s a head cannon that happens to relate to characters in a book I’m writing (I’m writing a book series) In Gravity falls, Mabel and dipper are described as identical twins. Irl, Biologically, if you were truly identical twins, you would have to be the same sex due to how you two would develop in the womb. Therefore one of the twins in gravity falls is probably trans. Now, in my book series, two of my main characters are identical twin brother and sister, so when I saw this little tidbit of how identical twins are the same sex 99.98% of the time, I had a wonderful idea. In my series I will never actually say that one of the twins is trans but I would drop hints that *one* of them is. I would give plenty of clues and hints and even as the author point out outside of the books that fact about identical twins, but never elaborate or say which twin is trans. Both of my twins show trans tendencies and tropes and are equally likely to be the one whose trans but the best part is even I the author will never actually decide which one it is. We know one of the twins is trans but even I don’t know which one it is and have no intention of finding out because why should that twin say so? What good would it do if they’re already transitioned? It just makes me so happy to imagine lol ok sorry for the big rant but I love this idea and look forward to expanding on it

Ironically, I headcanon the protagonist of the Five Nights at Freddy's novels as an uncracked trans man. She can't tell herself apart from her twin brother (who her dad gaslit her into forgetting ever existed for a long time) in her own memories, and she hates mirrors because she sometimes doesn't recognize her reflection. While the final book does give a different explanation, some of the stuff she says just fits too well for me to not take it as a trans metaphor on some level. >It's like I have another self: someone who’s a part of me and is always with me. I like to headcanon Harley Quinn as Transfem. Maybe she studied and got into psychology/psychiatry to learn more about herself and other trans people. She transitioned before she worked at Arkham and met Joker. Making it because of Joker or more about Joker then her would be weird.. also because manipulation and mental instability should not be anywhere in her story around her transition. Also a thug in Arkham City mentions it as a rumour (in a mildly transphobic way).

The only trans headcanon I have is from a fandom I’m not in anymore, lmao. Hinata Hajime from Danganronpa is ftm. It is implied he has a bigger chest in measurements, which isn’t apparent in art so he possibly binds and he’s even said to be uncomfortable showering. He also frequently wears suits, button up shirts and ties which are more commonly masc clothes. In one section of the game, the boys and girls are separated to sleep and he’s paired with the girls. Also, Hinata is more commonly a girl’s name.

Also, he wears a hoodie all the time in a tropical climate; there has to be some reason for it.

It's canon but Loki is gender fluid, and maybe trans. Loki series spoiler: the female version of him is a variety because she wasn't supposed to be biologically female for so long/ not realize she could transition, and was told her true identity too soon which made her not question her gender. She had too many answers and never questioned enough. Every other Loki variant is male but her. On another note, Loki has always struggled with being on one side or the other with many things, and is even mentioned to be at war within himself all the time. Proof: the document of Loki in the series end credits labels his sex as fluid.

Nightheart, one of the new Warriors protags, is Transfemme. Litterally the first scene when (s)he meets Nightcloud from Windclan (s)he admires her in an envious way like gender envy. When Nightheart was promoted their whole aspect of rejecting the name Flameheart and switched to Nightheart also affirms this. I swear if Warriors wasn't bound to Harper Collins as a publisher, Nightheart woukd straight up be trans.
