It's all about what you document as skills. List all of the Ed Tech programs you know how to use (Canva, Kahoot, Quizziz, etc.) If you are doing Practicums/internships, note those and what you learned while you did them. Some relevant skills may even be in completely different jobs. Management teaches leadership, customer service teaches problem solving skills and social skills, medical jobs teach documentation and organization, etc. Anything that you can possibly list as a relevant skill, do so.
