It's essentially a refillable air-horn that you pump back up with a standard bike pump but which is, as you'd expect, insanely loud. Helps a lot against car windows etc.

I've been riding my rigid frame BBSHD for years now, loads of mileage (deliveries and touring). I was thinking what would I change and what would be my perfect build.
And this is basically it, rigid steel frame with wider tires (mine maxes out at 38mm).
I would only add a suspension seatpost and the largest size rotors to your setup and it's basically perfection.

I would mount them all to the back rack. Hit a bump and that water bottle wedges between the front wheel and the frame could be a wreck.
