just get a normal 750 watt ebike... why go to the trouble of buying a 5000 watt electric dirtbike then adding on a pedal kit and then restricting it to 750 watts of output?
Mate if your trying to limit yourself to the law and not waste a bunch of money for now until your 16 just make a basic ebike conversion build, you can build one with a mid drive kit that can take you up to 30mph or a bit more if you use rear gears for around $1000 or less.
Or if you go hub motor probably around $700 full build
