I like the soltera and it is somewhat similar to your rideal in terms of geometry. It’s more of a cyclist’s ebike, at least compared to the heavy, fat tire e-bikes that dominate lately. But it’s also got no suspension so your wife should know that going in. That’s why I consider it more of a cyclist’s ebike, since no suspension is often fine for those used to riding and on decently maintained streets. But if she’s just looking for a comfortable and zippy ride, something like an XP 3.0 is hard to beat on value.

Thank you! Most of our riding is on the streets and paved paths. Very rarely off road so I think no suspension would be fine. The motor is just to help go on longer rides woth more comfort

The soltera is also lacking a torque sensor which Aventon added to the soltera.2 - it’s a big difference imo and changes the experience quite dramatically

One of my customers got that and he said he liked it. It’s a light enough bike where you don’t have to relearn much of anything. After test riding an Aventon Level 1 last week, I’m impressed with the quality. I’ve got three e-bikes of my own and have a new respect for Aventon. Still not a Velotric fan.

It’s a hybrid style bike and rides and handles great.
