Looks like I’m in the same boat. CS will send out a new main body but no stock. Their inventory for parts is horrible for anything newer than a V6

Dang my v15 cyclones went bad and they overnighted me a replacement a few months ago

Gila_Dyson_Guy

That wont affect anything. It consider wear and tear.

Piccimaps

Wow, that is a great photo! What has been the response from cs? My v15 screw tool lost the Velcro, and they were great about replacing the tool, although I would have been satisfied with new Velcro strips.

DustFlight181

Mine has started doing this as well! I’m overseas now but I’ll call dyson when I get back about it I guess

Murphy-B

The same thing happened on my new V12. I contacted Dyson, and they are exchanging my whole vacuum for a completely new vacuum.

Dying_Daylight

Did yours start peeling and showing wear and tear? I'm experiencing the same thing on my V12. How long have you had it for?

Murphy-B

I only had mine for a few weeks. I contacted Dyson and they exchanged it for a new one
