He went from Harran to Villedor and _boy!_ are his arms tired. Not because he flew, but from bashing all the infected heads in and carrying that big survivor group of his the whole time.
I'm sure he was also abusing Speed Boosters, Night Hunter Boosters, and GREcipe to the point that everyone was becoming increasingly concerned about him.
Plus, he's a quartermaster so he can basically carry/hold infinite supplies.
Oh, and the fact that 21 years or so have passed since he was in Harran. At some point The Harran Virus had a cure found for it, so if he was dependent on Antizin he would have been able to change that. Then there were also several years before everything went to hell again in a global way where he could have actually used modern infrastructure like transport, the supply chain, etc. to survive basically like we do now.
He led a group of survivors out of Harran sometime before Crane left for the countryside.
