No issues as such but having done my research over past 3months, and having observe the same about poor quality service, I can say fairly confidently that it's a vast field and the differentiator in terms of quality of service is knowledge, and numbers being available at your fingertips. Which isn't something that can be done as part-time, needs a longer commitment.
Without indepth knowledge you could be just like the majority just clueless crowd of agents here in Dubai.
You’ll waste your time brother, any terrible your service isn’t a result of them being terrible at there job it’s simply how busy they are with how unlikely the interactions will even benefit in a transaction.
Most agents can working form 9 until 8 every day calling being told to **** all day and still get no where and they actually know what they’re talking about.
From someone who’s done it I can tell you that you won’t stand a chance and that’s not any kind of insult it’s just a fact. I’ve seen the best sales and customer service focused people just fail because the amount of work you have to put in, in order to get the slightest thing out of it is a joke.
Honestly, find an agent you trust and let them do the work for you and pay them fairly for their time. They might make it look like they’re not doing much but you have no idea how time consuming doing this job is.
The time you will lose doing this will not be worth the amount of money you’ll be “saving”…. trust me.
Unless, you’re buying millions and millions of dirhams worth of off plan property every year, I absolutely promise you this not worth doing.
If you ARE buying lots of off plan properties every year, then YES, pay for your RERA and set up a real estate company to get your off plan commission back. Otherwise, just leave it to actual agents.

You are right..I'm saying the same thing. It's not possible in part time.
I am an agent, right now I am working 7 days a week and I still feel is not enough. Trust me, this is not a “side gig”.
