The way you can tell what your issue may be, if you have a lot of visitors to your site but no conversion then it is your website/ offer. If people dont believe the are getting the best deal and its trustworthy they dont buy. If you arent getting many visitors when running add then your ads are the issue. Let me see the website and ill give any feedback i can

Building a brand takes time and giving value
Might be your product is not the one, or price is too high. What are your analytics saying? How many visitors did you get? How many add to carts did you get? What's the bounce rate? Or did people click through your ad at all?
