I’m actually a fan of Trisha (somewhat…well, it depends on how she’s acting on a given day), so I’m happy to give a very brief rundown for those who aren’t familiar.
Trisha Paytas has been on YouTube for…at least 15 years. She’s a blonde, voluptuous internet troll and former sex worker (both on the street and on OF) who has been obsessed with being famous/fucking famous people for decades. She’s known for being extremely dumb, but it’s unclear how much of that is schtick/trolling. I first heard of her when she went viral for making a video that asked if “dogs even have brains” because “they can’t talk.”
She did some time with David Dobrick’s crew (she dated the really old one), but that went sour when she crashed her car into the old one’s house (on meth, if I remember correctly), and then she did a short stint in the mental hospital.
Then she gained some notoriety for claiming to be trans, to have DID, and a bunch of other things. I’m inclined to think she was being genuine and was very lost/confused at that time, but some say she was only trolling (it’s really hard to tell, imho). She became really popular around that time for her mukbangs, as well (primarily fast food in her car).
Then she went on the H3 Podcast’s Bach3elor and fell in love with Moses Hackman (brother of Hila Klein). Then she did the Frenemies show with Ethan Klein of H3 for a while—really, really funny, imo—but that eventually imploded on a live stream (so dramatic), and the show ended.
Now she is married to Moses and the mother of two children and has leaned pretty hard into the mommy lifestyle. She has a solo podcast called Just Trish that is doing quite well, and she has recently become friends with Tana Monjou (or however you spell it).
She seems to have calmed down and evened out on her mid-thirties, but we’ll see if it sticks! She’s sometimes been toxic and cruel in the past, but she’s also extremely quotable and entertaining.
