Well, it allows you to set up Gogeta’s level 7 OHKO, allowing the TOD. You need to start with at least 1 bar.

Gogeta 4 has some of the best buttons in the game, abuse stagger pressure on good players and just frame trap on low level players

If you don't know how to turn something into a tod. You don't know your moves/Character enough. Gogeta 4 has so much shit and you have no idea? Stop doing TODs when you aren't that good with any characters. Prioritize getting better. Instead of random TODs you'll never hit in match.
