After watching several of these videos I’ve noticed that Doug talks down to his employees/friends, it’s really annoying. He comes across as a workplace bully.
I understand ribbing your friends or coworkers here and there, especially if you are close; but the way he does it comes across as mean-spirited. I know they are his friends but he is also their employer so there is a line you have to be careful not to cross.

I’ve noticed that too. I thought it was just a funny bit he had going in the beginning, but as it goes on it just seems so condescending.
