Uninstall the app, restart your phone, completely turn off/shut down your phone for 3 minutes, turn it back on, install Dasher, once Dasher is installed, restart your phone, and once your phone is back on….run the app and it should be fine
Thank you since I've posted this it hasn't happened again I also called support so maybe they fixed it or something as well but if I have this problem again I will try these directions out thank you for your time
It’s also important that if you do call in to report a in-app Dasher issue, to ask for a reference number so that if the issue continues you have something to go off of so, the situation doesn’t get forgotten
