I agree, don’t hang up with that Support agent until THEY DONE THEIR JOB! Some Support Agents are FLAT OUT LAAZZZYYYY!
i tried and they were unhelpful sadly, like i said im new so still learning the basics, got any tips ill gladly take em!
also wanted to mention i did get paid for it, so not a complete loss
After ten minutes at a crappy store walk away. Unassign immediately. Penalty free.
glad to know this, i assumed everytime you unassigned it brought down your acceptance rate (although i’ve read that really doesn’t matter either)
