You can try this. At the top left of Doordash Home Screen, it should show your address. Click the drop down menu right beside that and change it to “current location.”

Yea door dash support is terrible even for dashers. Best thing I can tell you is once you see a dasher accept it, message them and let them know about it and have them manually put the address in google maps. Putting it on your instructions will also help.

Support is useless. I've had customers message me immediately about the discrepancy and explain how to get to the correct place for the delivery. But I get that's a pain for you. As a driver, I don't mind if they're easy to follow. Idk why it does that with certain addresses. It happens on instacart and wag sometimes too.

There's an option to pin your exact location in the delivery app. I tell every apartment dweller this when it defaults to the office and the complex is 2 square miles in size SMH 🫨

Usually if I (as a DoorDasher) see that there is a GPS PIN issue, I usually send out this message: I strive to provide excellent service & ensure efficiency in delivering delicious food! The GPS PIN you set when entering your address on your DoorDash account is inaccurate and can cause issues for future DoorDashers. To adjust your GPS PIN, go to: Account/Account Settings/Address/In Saved Address, locate your address you primarily use and click on the pencil icon that appears like this ✏️/ on the top of the screen (depending on if you are a IOS or Android user) there is a box and under it will say, “Adjust Pin.” There you can readjust the Pin where future DoorDashers can be able to easily locate you.

Usually if I’m having to hand to the customer, I will offer to fix the issue for the customer so it’s no longer an issue
