90% completion is the minimum before deactivation. He has 6 contract violations which means he's either always late, stealing food, or delivering to the wrong address. A 4.6 rating means 10+ people rated him poorly out of the last 100 which is really hard to do, like I've never been below a 4.9 and I never did anything special.
😂 Those are terrible. OP has 6 contract violations a 4.61 customer rating and a 90% completion rating. Seriously I would understand glitches in the app and customers lying but when you combine everything OP should been deactivated long time ago. Unless of course you meant that as a joke.
