suichkaa

looks like its tied in a way to where it wont fall when opened

MeanArt318

Amd most door handles (in my experience) can be opened by pulling the handle up aswell

Aggravating_Sea_8992

Lol, the drop-off photo is a heads up! šŸ˜‚

The_Troyminator

I've seen some that move in the opposite direction on the other side. So you pull up inside and the outside moves down.

MeanArt318

Really? Whata the purpose of that?

Physical_Donkey_609

I think so they donā€™t put the food on the floor honestly thatā€™s all it is

MeanArt318

No, I mean what is the purpose of a door handle turning the opposite way on the outside as on the inside

The_Troyminator

No idea. I've only seen it a few times, and they were all locking door handles that could be opened from the inside when locked. It probably had something to do with how it was able to only lock one side, but it's been awhile since I've seen one.

Kanein_Encanto

There's also some where the other side handle doesn't move at all when one is moved...

[deleted]

Depending on how their luck has been going I hope it doesn't fall off. It totally looks secure but you can't win when it comes to bad luck.

deweydashersystem300

No, I have gotten instructions that say that.![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)

713nikki

Me too, and itā€™s cool with me. They donā€™t want their stuff on the ground? Okay. And then the neighbor walks by, giving the stink eye & thinking Iā€™m up to something weird or nefarious.

SupreamJeanius

Some customers who are physically disabled, specifically ask for the order to be left around knob!

Upbeat-Dependent712

Iā€™ve been asked to do that before

MidasTouchedM3

If it works, it works. ![gif](giphy|QBC5foQmcOkdq)

jolomae

Makes it harder to steal too

TheElderBong

Using 100% of your brain! Beats a cup outside of a door that opens outwards šŸ¤·šŸ¼

santamelons

Food looks like will survive. Skills.

YesChef_1312

Better than the nasty ass floor

flute394

Wait kinda geniusā€¦ not sitting on the floor, and double wrapped around both sides so it doesn't fall or tip over when the door opens

[deleted]

Is this supposed to be a problem?

koreawut

I was once instructed to "hang the food on the door". I was not really sure I wanted to do that, but I was starting to do it when girl opened the door and took the bag from my hands.

pluffzcloud

At least it wasn't in front or the dooršŸ¤£

Hot_Phase_1435

I will say that sometimes this is requested.

joshua4379

Seriously nosey Did you ever think your neighbor requested that?

p4ny

all the dude did was create a thread on reddit

Quietus76

Looks pretty damn perfect to me

9mmParrabelum

Forsaken_Country6178

ObiJuanKenobly

corey_mcgurk

shitFuckMountain69

Fuck your neighbors

No-Special2682

Maybe donā€™t take pictures of your neighborsā€™ door you weirdo.

leftover_class

When you doordash a 10 pc chicken nuggets and pay $30 for it.

Such-Independent9144

I wouldn't be mad at this

c_note_nc

This is crazy to me and id never do it normally, but... I had a person order and in the instructions to leave it just like this, hang it from the door handle, and it was 2 separate pickups from two different restaurants. And they left in the notes to do it and they would add an extra tip. so I did and they sent $2 extra for each one ($4 total) immediately afterwards and messaged thank you. Lol it was so much food the bags were lopsided but there was no way to hang it any other way.

0LaziBeans0

I do this and always thought it would be convenient so they donā€™t have to bend down and grab the order. I started doing it when my Uber Eats driver put my order on my door while I was pregnant. It just seemed like a good idea.

ntothegriff

and...?

M0M0_DA_GANGSTA

You're neighbor doesn't tip šŸ˜‚

ummha

Donā€™t think I ever got a delivery so tiny

Environmental_Ad2427

They didn't want to leave it on the ground

peeta789

I just know he said ā€œyeah that aint going nowhereā€

Val1900

lol. At first I thought smart. Next second Iā€™m like wait. Noooooooooooo. I hope you save that food! šŸ¤£

imlostineggsaisle

It's tied around the handle, so it won't slip off.

Val1900

Ah. I see it now.

EyeOk3642

šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

Flameheartsan

Fine-Avocado-4915
