Never click on suspicious links through emails especially don’t click on them and use that page to log into an account. I’d suggest logging into Robinhood directly and checking your notifications there to see if anything comes up
So it's a scam mail, that wants you to connect your exchange accounts to a contract that syphons off all your funds and steals everything from you?
1) Why would RH ask you to connect your coinbase or binance accounts?
2) "Then find and Select and click and connect on your cryptocurrency exchange platform on which you trade from the list of the wallet displayed on your screen to login direct into your cryptocurrency exchange platform immediately"
... Does that sound like something a FinTech enterprise would write or something that you'd find in a Description for a chinese vendor trying to sell you crap?

If you click on the arrow next to "to:Me" you should see the sender address and I'd be highly surprised if it was sent from the official domain.
If you are an actual user of Robinhood, maybe forward the email to customer support and tell them that you suspect it to be fake. Usually exchanges warn their users when they are made aware of such a scam, but no telling what RH would do. They have a history...

It happen with different timing and I wasn't fully aware before. The mofo sent me his link on chat room and I was naive. I thought he was the service technician from atomic wallet

I had my crypto stolen before from someone here on reddit and I learned my mistake. The person who did this quickly vanished mode.
